History: This is the modern method of permanently replacing missing teeth. A dental implant is made of pure titanium or titanium alloy, and has almost the same the shape and form of a root. It is inserted into the bone where the tooth (or teeth) are missing .It is a bio-compatible to the bone and integrates fully within the bone , creating an extremely strong bond.
