General dentistry, crowns, kid's treatments, and fluoride care, hygienist. I started coming here several years ago after some rather careless treatment elsewhere. I have awful heavily-filled teeth and improve them further by grinding them. I also brought my two kids. The youngest would not open his mouth at the previous dentist and does have dental problems. The location is easy to find, has sufficient parking space for patients attending at any one time. The building is in in excellent condition, light and comfortable. The reception is always warm and friendly, the waiting area very comfortable and includes TV, magazines, hot drinks, and water dispenser. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. Appointments usually run more or less to time, allowing each patient to be given the time they need without being rushed. So occasionally you go straight in, even if you are early, at others you might wait ten to fifteen minutes, but then you know the next time you might appreciate/need that extra time yourself when being treated. The surgeries are well appointed, and the treatments well explained and very reassuring and gentle. My son didn't have a problem here from the start as Gaelle is excellent with children, and despite having had to fill cavities, he comes every time confidently. Gaelle also has been extra careful with his care to the point of checking him trimonthly (and me when I have needed it), and has managed his case excellently. The nurses are always friendly and very much involved in the treatment, not treated by the dentist like 'underlings' as I have seen elsewhere. I loathe going to the hygienist as the cleaning drill hurts badly along my gum line. The hygienist was understanding and did it manually. She doesn't patronise you either! Ultimately, we all feel totally confident in this practice and highly recommend it.

I visited Cheam Dental Practice several times for a check up, filling and Veneer. The reception team were very polite and friendly, my father was with me when I arrived at the desk and one of the receptionists helped him sitting down comfortably. I was seen on time by the dentist and the nurse who looked after me during the treatments and made me feel very happy with the service. I recommend this practice to other people and I shall be going there again and again!

Dental assessment of gum problems and large gaps between my teeth. Veneers and gum treatment. I went in for an initial consultation and was blown away with the thorough, in depth assessment and the time taken for patient care. It made all the difference. Dr. Robert gave me some dental options and I went back for treatment. Once I had my veneers done, Dr. Robert suggested I come back for a review a week later to make any adjustments required. The veneers are an amazing transformation to what I went in with. I recommended a friend straight after my initial consultation and she made an appointment to see Dr. Robert. She too was impressed and has also decided to follow the dental options from her assessment. An absolutely lovely dental practice. I instantly felt at home and at ease with very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Robert was patient and listened to my concerns as well as assess my dental needs, taking into account how it was impacting on my lifestyle. I am very grateful to have found a dentist who is not only highly skilled in his field but has the understanding to put patient care at the forefront of his practice. I am now booked in to see the gum specialist at the clinic.

I had an initial consultation, and then two appointments when impressions were taken. I had the extractions and denture fitted a few weeks later. Although it was a little uncomfortable immediately following the extractions, it was not nearly as bad as I had anticipated! I have had a follow-up appointment and am delighted with the result. Although I had always visited the dentist as a child, as I grew older, I had a fear of going, so for many years just went every now and then. My teeth (some of which had been crowned many years ago) became really loose until the time came when I had to seek treatment. I finally plucked up the courage to make an appointment with Dr. Ravi Panesar. He could not have been kinder. He is the perfect dentist for the nervous patient. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The receptionists and dental assistants are also very friendly and professional.
