I have a terrible fear of dentists and was suffering from toothache when I visited the Bexley Dental Practise. I was treated by Aatif who was great and put me at ease, he discussed and explained my required treatment. I did need the tooth removed and Aatif made sure I would be in no paid before he proceeded. I would like to thank Aatif for not only being a good dentist but also for his empathy and understanding.
On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.
Over the years visiting different dental practices I've finally found a practice that I feel is the best around at Ark -G dental and cosmetics centre. I have been having treatment over the past few months for my teeth to be put right again from having worn and missing teeth to having implants to bonding to having no smile to having a great smile again.
