Came here for the first time, friends recommended. The lady at the reception Diane was so lovely and kind, the reception staff altogether were super nice and make you feel like you're taken care of. And then my lovely Dr. Micha & Karen, both so gentle and reassuring. I was a bit nervous and had that uncomfortable feeling (the dentist fear 🤣) at first, but the ladies made sure to take that away, plus all the explaining through the process and the support. On my first visit to the clinic I was greeted by Billy who took me through the booking in experience and was very helpful as was Sarah who made the appointment. Sam and Barbara were my nurses who set me at ease as I was having a tooth extraction and when all was ready I met Dr Shaffie who was so kind and understood my concerns as I take blood thinners. My treatment was quick and I hardly had time to wonder what would happen when the tooth was out! It was pain free and the nurses let me rest while they explained what to do at home they put a compress on my gums so that the bleeding was reduced. A very positive experience.

A broken tooth just before Christmas is not fun. An emergency appointment the very next day was made available and my very painful situation was rectified. The emergency dentist was kind, and gentle and explained everything in detail. I couldn't fault anybody, from reception to surgery or anything about the entire experience.
