I want to say thank you to the whole team of the wonderful Forest & Ray - Dentists, Orthodontists Implant Surgeons. I was in a desperate state when I went to the clinic, my pain was very long and excruciating. I called the clinic and a wonderful lady at the reception listened to me, explained and made an appointment with the doctor as soon as possible!!! And it happened in a few days! This is really very fast. You can also choose a convenient time for visiting the clinic. It is very convenient that the clinic is open on weekends. You can be in touch with the clinic staff from early morning until late at night. This is a completely patient oriented Clinic and it's wonderful!!! You feel like you're in a safe, professional place every second, talking to staff or sitting in the Doctor's Chair. Arriving at the clinic, I felt the highest professionalism of the service and the competence of the doctors. My whole mouth hurt. Two teeth were in very bad condition. First, the doctor made a thorough diagnosis, removed the nerves, then cleaned the dental canals. I begged the doctor to save my teeth. And he did. I do not speak English well and the clinic staff provided me with a Russian-speaking doctor, to whom I will be grateful all my life. Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis answered all my questions and was very attentive during the treatment. He communicated with the management of the clinic regarding my further treatment. He saved my teeth and my psychological health too) I am grateful to the Dr. Nikolaos Kasiteridis for his humanity and super professionalism. It was a long treatment and every time I left the clinic I felt satisfied with the treatment, the pain disappeared, and my teeth became healthier! I am also grateful from the bottom of my heart to the management of the clinic for the treatment that was provided to me for free !!! This is the highest degree of sympathy and understanding of the desperate situation in which I was. I thank from the bottom of my heart my professional doctor- Nikolaos Kasiteridis. The dentist took no time to review me and confirmed what my other dentist diagnosed. He even slashed the amount of the consultation fee in half. That was very good of him, as he doesn't have to. A big thanks to Dr Bilal and also the secretaries, very welcoming. I will recommend this surgery

Sonria Orthodontics came up in my search engine results and they were closer to home than some of the other clinics. My initial consultation was for lingual frenectomy, but the doctor advised me against having this procedure done. I did, however, go back for other treatment. I had fillings done here, and it was worth the money. The staff were friendly and they have clean premises. I was quoted a price for fillings at the appointment when I asked them about it. I also had a look at an HF cost and this clinic’s rates worked out cheaper privately than if I had paid an HF provider. No aftercare was necessary. I enjoyed the staff’s hospitality, and the main dentist was quite professional and thorough. He listened very carefully to what I had to say regarding the frenectomy, and after hearing all of my concerns, he examined me. The doctor provided a valid medical opinion on why I shouldn’t go through with the lingual frenectomy. He didn’t want to do this treatment simply for the sake of making some money - he’s truly a professional with integrity.
