My family and I have been patients at The Dental Studio for some years now and have always been more than satisfied with the care provided, but after my last few visits to see your hygienist, Emma Fletcher, I felt I really had to say something to let you know how very impressed I have been on each occasion I have met and been treated by Emma. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!! I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Emma, and her nurses for all their help and care during my treatment. The procedures are explained with perfect bedside manner, and little things offered (such as rescue remedies etc.) to calm any nerves you may have. Thank you for your diligent care, Dr Batavia. I have become very nervous about dental treatment in recent years and on hearing I was to have root cancel treatment Sharmilla sent me to see Kavi and Mina who were both exceptional. My wife and myself, have been Patients at Welling Corner Dental Practice for more than 20 years. I have always been totally satisfied with the Dental services at this Practice. staff on the front desk have always been very friendly and welcoming. There is always a good vibe in the waiting room with clients often just engaging in relaxed conversations. It does not have a fish tank! but it is a very calm relaxed environment. Most people seem to actually enjoy coming to this Dental practice. I certainly do!. The dentist has been our family Dentist throughout this time. He has given excellent, Client -focused, professional service and we are all happy with the way he has used his incredible Skills as a Dentist to help us maintain nice looking healthy teeth. He is a skilled professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Lovely man, positive disposition. Treatment Plans are developed with full patient involvement. Treatments represent good value for money. I recently had a procedure to straighten my front teeth; which had become slightly misaligned. I am so pleased with the results.
