The treatment and time spent with everyone who works there were amazing. They take the time to explain every single detail, so you can feel comfortable and reassured. I had a deep clean, laser whitening and contouring, which I am very happy with and this has added to my confidence! Mine, which is one of the staff member...has been in constant contact with me explaining my procedure and have been supporting me throughout until I arrived and still is. She's my family now and very happy to know you and everyone who has done individual treatment for me. I talked with many clinics before but I was drawn to Dr. Melisa from the start because of the personal approach she took to my treatment plan. She also advised saving the teeth I had, meaning the cost was lower than I initially thought, never once was there an upscale mentioned, Dr. Melisa really is an ethical, forward-thinking Dentist, who will try if at all possible to save your original teeth. I had 26 zirconium crowns fitted, root canals, wisdom tooth extraction & also a deep clean before we started. I also had a very bad underbite, which was fixed, leaving me with a straight smile 😊 The result is a complete confidence boost and the ability to smile with an open mouth for 1st time in many years. This standard of treatment is simply not available to me in Ireland, and I was very nervous about travelling to Izmir. My nerves were very soon put at ease when I met Dr. Melisa and her husband Caner, who instantly put me at ease, and Dr. Melisa’s gentle manner really put me at ease when treatment began, as I’m not a good patient. Despite many doubts in my mind, I came to Remedy Istanbul Dental Clinic from New York to Istanbul. Batu, my consultant, took care of me. He took care of my hotel reservation, vip transfers, doctor appointments. He even helped me when I didn't want to eat out. As a result I was extremely satisfied with the service provided and the expertise of the dentist. It is a business that I would definitely recommend to those who come to Turkey.
