I cannot praise Dental Excellence Clinic in Antalya highly enough. From the very first day of my treatment to the outstanding aftercare I have received, every aspect of their service has been truly exceptional.

The staff are incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. I underwent major dental work in March, with temporary teeth fitted while my gums and bone continue to heal ahead of the final stage in August. Everything had been progressing perfectly until I had an unfortunate accident on Tuesday morning entirely of my own making, which damaged my temporary teeth.

As soon as I contacted the clinic, their response was immediate and reassuring. They advised me to fly to Antalya straight away, and I arrived later that very same day. True to their impeccable standards, a wonderfully friendly driver met me at the airport in a world-class Mercedes people carrier and took me directly to my hotel.

The following day, I was looked after by some of the most remarkable dentists and assistants I have ever encountered. Their expertise, kindness, and genuine concern for their patients are second to none. They resolved my problem efficiently and with the utmost professionalism, making what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless.

To top it all off, I was chauffeured back to the airport and returned to England on the very same day. Astonishingly, despite the emergency appointment, the transport arrangements, and the exceptional care I received, I was not charged a single penny—not one cent!

That level of dedication, integrity, and commitment to patient care is extraordinarily rare. Dental Excellence does not simply provide dental treatment; they provide a first-class, world-leading patient experience from beginning to end.

I was in Antalya for 2 weeks on holiday and during my stay, I wanted to get some treatment done on my teeth. This included an implant for one missing tooth, a crown, some fillings, whitening, and fixing a chipped front tooth. This dental practice came highly recommended by friends and family.

For the initial consultation, the impression was that this was a very professional and clean environment. The staff (in particular Mine) were very friendly and the surgery was very clean and professionally presented to a high standard. I had my family with me and they were very accommodating of having them with me. In fact, they did a check-up on one of my children, too. They had the opportunity to make additional business by offering further treatment for my child, but they concluded that treatment was not necessary. For my treatment, they explained clearly the options and made recommendations. It was clear that the recommendations were not based on what makes the most money for them, but what was best for me as the patient. Hence, I felt very comfortable that they place the welfare of the patient first and not just trying to make as much money as possible. Some of the treatment, for example the implant, I decided against because it was a multi-stage process that would have required me to fly back to Antalya later for the next step. However, they gave me all the facts and options in order for me to make an informed decision on this. My husband is a scientist and he was able to discuss details with them and he was also impressed with their knowledge and expertise.

When it came to booking the appointments for the treatment, they were very accommodating of the fact that we were here primarily on holiday for only 2 weeks. They worked hard to work with getting appointments that worked with us.

During the treatment, the dentist (Tugce) was again very friendly and she made me relaxed and comfortable. She explained everything that I was going to experience upfront so that I knew what to expect. There was no sense of rushing the treatment for a volume business the way I experienced it in the UK. She took her time to make sure she did a good job. The equipment was very high tech and they made sure everything was clean. There was no pain or discomfort during the procedures.

After the treatment, they insisted on bringing us back again for follow-up checks (at no additional cost) to ensure there were no problems even for trivial elements of the treatment. And there were no problems. My husband was with me and he was so impressed he decided to have some treatment done for himself, too.

In total, I visited the clinic 5 times (1 consultation, 2 treatments, 2 post checkups). Each time they provided a wondeful driver who picked us up from our hotel and then dropped us off again.

I am extremely happy with this clinic and I would highly recommend to anyone to choose this clinic with confidence. Wonderful people. Excellent service. Excellent equipment and surgery. Excellent knowledge and expertise. I will certainly go back there in the future.

First of all, you cant go wrong with the hospitality, loyalty and feeling welcomed at Dental Excellence! First impression was incredible and Im not just saying this is real. The treatment and time spent with everyone who works there were amazing. They take the time to explain every single detail, so you can feel comfortable and reassured.

I had a deep clean, laser whitening and contouring, which I am very happy with and this has added to my confidence! Mine, which is one of the staff member...has been in constant contact with me explaining my procedure and have been supporting me throughout until I arrived and still is. She's my family now and very happy to know you and everyone who has done individual treatment for me.

I have just returned from turkey after having implants all on six on my upper and lower jaw. The service I received was excellent. Sonege organised my treatment plan and appointments for me as well as accommodation and picking me up from the airport. The clinic is lovely and spotlessly clean, all the staff are lovely. The surgery was a little bit uncomfortable but it was something that desperately needing doing.

I would highly recommend dental excellence. Looking forward to going back in 4-6 months time to finish my treatment. I hope my second visit will be as excellent as the first.

Having done my homework I decided to choose dental excellence and I’m so happy I did. The treatment I received was second to none, I had six implants in the upper jaw and four in the bottom jaw, everyone at the clinic are so professional and friendly. I cannot wait to return in may to have my zirconium crowns fitted and to see everyone once again at this modern and spotlessly clean clinic.
