Hi My name is Taisia, and I came to Seoul from Boston for a facelift. I found this clinic using Google, I contacted a few places but got immediate answers only from FacePlusClinic which was a great and easy start. Before surgery, I had a consultation with Dr. Park and was delighted by his thoughtful approach. He made a few changes to my plan considering my skin condition, and the vision I had about the results. Finally, it was more surgeries - no wonder! - cause I'm 67 and have never taken care of my face before. My surgery was the next day, and when I looked in a mirror - let's say I was happy - it’s not enough! I saw myself 20 years younger, with a natural-looking face! The Health Store Turkey gave me the most amazing experience as I travelled alone to Izmir for Gastric Sleeve Surgery. From the moment I was met at the airport I was given the most fantastic care, the hospital was immaculate....every member of staff I met was wonderfully caring, friendly, and professional. The surgeon was fantastic and was happy to answer every question I had, surgery went well and he was back to visit me several times a day whilst I was in the hospital. I had concerns and we made an online meeting before my decision. After the meeting I was ready, I trusted him. The surgery and the recovery time were smooth. My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia❤️ my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Communication was on point from the beginning to the end of my journey, I felt I was given all the information needed before I made my decision. Had a video call with both Rabia and Dr Ulas to determine what can be done. The day I arrived to Turkey 🇹🇷 I was taken to the hotel which was a superb choice 6 stars hotel.Then straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in details what to expect with an amazing Turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, very calm which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me I felt very very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery I felt absolutely fine. My journey was really good, Dr Ulas, Rabia and team I can't thank you enough for everything you've done for me. God bless you and your families.
