I would like to thank Dr. Ashraf and his professional team for their perfect performance in the surgery that had done to me 3 weeks ago. Dr. Ashraf performed a highly complex microscopic facial reanimation for me because I have perminant facial palsy. He imported a nerve from my leg (Sural nerve) and connect it with buccal branch of facial nerve on healthy side and let it grow across the affected side for at least 9 months and then he will import muscles from my leg to be connected to the terminal end of the nerve at the paralysed side to preserve symmetrical movement. Dr. Ashraf is very kind, friendly skilled and professional in microscopic and cosmetic surgeries and his team in the clinic and hospital is very cooperative, with perfect performance and excellent follow-up postoperative. I advise 100% Dr Ashraf for any cosmetic and microscopic surgeries

The planning for the surgery went smoothly and quickly. I managed to secure a last-minute appointment and promptly booked a budget-friendly Airbnb apartment nearby. Upon arriving in Cairo, I stayed in constant communication with Dr. Harfoush and his team. The surgery took place at a hospital. While the hospital wasn't particularly exceptional, it maintained an acceptable level of cleanliness, and the room I stayed in was adequate. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The surgery was conducted in the afternoon, and I was discharged in the evening. The follow-up appointment was scheduled for three days later, consisting of wound care and further consultation. After returning home, communication became somewhat more challenging, primarily limited to text messages and pictures on WhatsApp. Despite this, I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Harfoush!

Exceptional from beginning to end. Dr Ahmed talked me through the procedure at the consultation.
