Setting up the appointment and understanding the logistics was really clear and Anna was really nice too. When I arrived in Poland I was collected by the clinics driver and taken to my hotel. The clinics drivers had no problem transferring me to and from the airport and also the clinic. When I was at the clinic all the staff were so nice and caring. I was waiting a little while but that was fine because it was made comfortable for me. Everything was explained really well and I got to meet Dr Lukasz Banasiak for my consultation. Dr Lucasz is a great Dr and person. He made me feel comfortable and in a safe environment. This carried on throughout the process and the surgery. Anna has been in touch since my surgery and has advised me how to look after the scars. I am so happy with the work that has been done I would definitely return to Dr Lucasz for another procedure.

I finally made the decision to see Dr Kemp for treatment of my spider veins. My legs have been covered in these veins since I was early teens and made me feel older and self-conscious…. After a few treatments I feel so happy and Dr Kemp was always super professional and gentle and explained the treatment really well. The staff and little practice are also really welcoming. I came to the Clinic to have my Toe treated with Silk Laser on some fungus and was treated by the Nurse as Dr Benitz was elswhere. The Nurses were very efficient with the treatment and good advice and advised to get a sample analysis Biopsy of the nail to identify what fungus I have. They used the Laser very carefully us all using the eye protectors and logged me with another treatment next month. Biopsy taken with results expected in 25 days. Great service and immediate treatment 👏 👌
