I travel from Wales to Cheltenham to visit Novello Skin and have been doing so for the past year and this is the best Aesthetics clinic that I have been to. Yuliya is fantastic, she really knows what she is talking about. When I explain to Yuliya what I would like, she advises brilliantly and the results from her work are fantastic. I have had a Thread Lift, with great results, and the care and thought during treatment were second to none. I had decided to have anti-wrinkle injections and tear-through fillers also at Novello and since my treatments, my confidence has grown massively. Yuliya is very professional, which is something that I really like at Novello and I feel that I am in safe hands.

She is always so pleasant and professional and always has a ‘listening ear’ which is much appreciated. The treatments which I have received from Sumi include the hydro facial treatment. This has been amazing and following my treatments I have received numerous compliments from friends and family as to how good my skin looks. Sumi is an asset to the practice and always makes me feel so special. Miranda the aesthetic nurse, is in my opinion the best clinician in her field and is so knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend this practice and I would not go anywhere else for my treatments.

It was convenient for me to go to this clinic as it was only about ten miles away. They also had reasonable rates for skin tag removals. The treatment was absolutely great value, and they gave me a much better price than the other places I’d consulted. The removal left no scar behind - I healed perfectly. The clinic was lovely. I received a warm welcome from the person at reception and had no problems with the service at all. Before I went through with anything, they let me know I’d probably only need one visit, but that I could come back if I wasn’t satisfied. Everything was smooth and professionally-run.
