A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explained the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Had Skin Tag treatment with Jemma 10 days ago and I am delighted to have found her for the treatment I received. The premises are clean, and private, with parking at the door; and Jemma was fantastic. Gave good advice beforehand, and also had the patience to ensure she got everything. I was delighted and would definitely recommend Jemma to anyone.

I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past and consequently, I’m very nervous (in fact petrified)! I was recently referred to SmileKind for the extraction of a double tooth and I have to say, it was the most positive experience! I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
