Emma is incredible at what she does and very friendly. I have been going to Emma for facials for the last 12 months, and more recently neck and back massages. She really is one of the best. I have been a client at 3 other local therapists over the years, and Emma outshines them all. She very quickly gets to know her client. If you want to talk or be quiet, she respects your decision. The room is set up perfectly, setting the right atmosphere. She apologises if there is a hiccup... and these are very rare (maybe a dropped lid, e.g.). I am so happy with my microdermabrasion and glad that I went for 3 sessions. Antoinette was super professional and gave me a lot of advice on my skin. It’s also good to be able to get Obaji products prescribed! I can already see the results after one session and I’m looking forward to having more.
Alison has been wonderful. She helped with some stubborn Millia on my face, as well as electrolysis treatment on an area of sebaceous keratosis, which worked really well to reduce it. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Park Grange Advanced Skin Clinic enough. The welcome is always wonderfully friendly, you are put at ease straight away. I had an Aqua 3 facial which was absolute bliss. Paula gave me some advice regarding my skin care so I bought some products and it's done wonders for my rosacea. Couldn't be happier.
Had my first appointment for advanced electrolysis. The clinic is very clean and staff welcoming. Was well informed about the treatment before given and what to expect afterwards. On first impression, I would recommend.
I saw Dr Bilal today. He was assisted by Libby, and I must say that I was very impressed, despite feeling a little anxious. Dr Bilal reassured me and the whole procedure, from giving me the local anaesthetic, having an impacted Wisdom tooth, and a snapped off molar extracted, took less than 10 minutes. I went into the treatment room at 1 pm, and I was on the bus home by 1.16. There was no pain and hardly any bleeding. If your dentist is hesitant about removing a tooth, ask to be referred to Smilekind.
Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I have already booked for another Treatment and I can’t wait! So glad I found this place and definitely recommend!
