I had a patch test for Arora’s IPL laser; I was sceptical about this process. But! WOW! I am really shocked at the results of just a patch test!! This wasn’t pain-free, and I didn’t expect these results. There was discolouration for the first 10 days, but this cleared up very quickly! I am Absolutely astonished at the result I have at the moment, and am confident that this will get better when I have my next treatment. I had an excellent experience. A facial cyst, present for eight to nine months, was successfully treated. The procedure, performed by Paula, was virtually painless. However, I do have a high pain tolerance. Although three sessions were anticipated, the cyst resolved after a single treatment. I am extremely satisfied and will return for treatment of another cyst. The procedure minimized scarring, a critical factor given the facial location. The overall experience was exceptional, and I will exclusively utilize this dermatologist's services in the future. Pricing was reasonable; however, the significant improvement in my confidence, facilitated by Paula, is invaluable.

I saw Dr Bilal today. He was assisted by Libby, and I must say that I was very impressed, despite feeling a little anxious. Dr Bilal reassured me and the whole procedure, from giving me the local anaesthetic, having an impacted Wisdom tooth, and a snapped off molar extracted, took less than 10 minutes. I went into the treatment room at 1 pm, and I was on the bus home by 1.16. There was no pain and hardly any bleeding. If your dentist is hesitant about removing a tooth, ask to be referred to Smilekind.

I had a seborrheic keratosis on the temple which was treated with a cryo pencil. This fell off naturally after about 10 days and has now left virtually no sign of a lesion at the site. So after about 2 weeks, there is no sign of anything after the initial cryotherapy and healing has been excellent. Obviously, only time will tell whether the keratosis re-appears, however, my opinion is very positive that the treatment was effective. I can recommend Jacqui for her treatment and attention to detail and would have no hesitation in going back for treatment by this method.
