On my initial meeting with Sofia I was extremely impressed by her listening skills. I knew that I was in safe hands and the treatment using my own blood plasma to fill my lip lines would be exceptional. Her care during the procedure and follow up attention has been second to none. I attended this lovely clinic 6 days ago for UltraClear Superficial. Numbing cream was applied roughly 30 minutes before the procedure, it may have been longer but I was feeling very relaxed, laid on a massaging bed listening to music of my choice. Photo’s were taken and the treatment began. I’m not going to lie, the treatment was uncomfortable around my ears and the sides of my mouth but was soon forgotten because it was over so quickly. I was very red afterwards and you could see imprints on my neck from the machine, I did bleed a little but no pain. The clinic advised to take paracetamol if needed but it wasn’t necessary. You’re given a care package to take home to clean and moisturise the area and this does work, a little smelly but it does the job brilliantly. The following morning was a shock, my pillow case was a little bloody and my face even redder but no pain. Six days on and my face is already glowing, it’s amazing how quickly you recover. Don’t hesitate in having this treatment, you need to plan the downtime, if you don’t want anyone to know, I would allow a week to be on the safe side. The clinic itself is lovely, very clean, the staff are friendly and the practitioners are very professional. You are made to feel special. I understand why they win so many awards. Just go and see for yourself, you won’t be disappointed. The photos are on day 1 and 6. Still a little red around the neck on day 6 but could easily be hidden if necessary.

I took my father to see Dr Lanka at Skin Sense Clinic because his hands, arms, feet and ankles were in a terrible state with raw seeping wounds and very itchy skin. Straightaway Dr Lanka realised my father's GP had been treating him incorrectly and his feet and ankles were in the first stages of ulceration. Her advice was clear and her treatment, although expensive, was spot on. Within five days my father's skin was healing - this after several months of applying the wrong creams prescribed by his GP. By the time of our second appointment with Dr Lanka two weeks later, we were all delighted with the fantastic results of my father's healing skin. Dr Lanka really knows her stuff and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had a HIFU facelift treatment two days ago and I am totally flabbergasted by the difference it has made already. This is a new treatment that Jules is offering so after reading all about it I thought I would give it a try. I am so pleased that I did. The best treatment I have had by far. It was a July Special Offer at £99 instead of £199.

Alison has been wonderful. She helped with some stubborn Millia on my face, as well as electrolysis treatment on an area of sebaceous keratosis, which worked really well to reduce it. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience. A facial cyst, present for eight to nine months, was successfully treated. The procedure, performed by Paula, was virtually painless. However, I do have a high pain tolerance. Although three sessions were anticipated, the cyst resolved after a single treatment. I am extremely satisfied and will return for treatment of another cyst. The procedure minimized scarring, a critical factor given the facial location. The overall experience was exceptional, and I will exclusively utilize this dermatologist's services in the future. Pricing was reasonable; however, the significant improvement in my confidence, facilitated by Paula, is invaluable.

Came across this clinic by chance on Facebook and I’m so glad I did! We spoke over the phone first and were really impressed with the questions etc asked. When I attended the clinic it was lovely and clean and the owners were super friendly. I felt completely at ease and felt I could ask questions etc. I had a facial done and was given some home skincare too. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying any products or booking any extra services. My face feels and looks a lot better and I feel more confident in myself. I had my eyebrows microbladed and lip fillers at Serene Skin & Beauty with Laura. She explained everything really well and talked me through both treatments as she did them.
