I chose Seraphim for my tattoo removal procedure because it was easy to get to the clinic. I don’t drive or anything, so I use a bus pass. My bus was able to pick me up outside the house and it dropped me off outside right outside the clinic’s building. I only needed two sessions to get rid of the tattoo. The third time I visited, the doctor told me I don’t need further treatment. I paid 85 pounds per session, which was roughly the price I expected. My first impressions were absolutely fine. The gentleman who did the removal was Indian and because my father is also Indian (and from the same area), we were able to have a good conversation. This made the whole process easier. I thought the staff was very friendly. Both times I got there early for my appointment, and the doctor saw me immediately. I didn’t need to wait around and waste time.

I was treated for gynecomastia by Dr. Vlok and could not have been happier with the process. Before, during and after the procedure, I was informed in a clear, caring fashion as to exactly what was going to happen and found the whole experience to be extremely straight-forward and remarkably stress and pain-free. I`d been considering having the treatment for years and, after so much prevarication, cannot believe how easy it all was in the end. The Chiltern Medical Clinic at Goring on Thames was the fifth clinic that I had visited for a consultation and I knew within minutes of meeting Dr. Vlok and Gina that I wanted to have my treatment with them. They were direct, helpful, honest, kind, considerate and practical in all that they said and did. I received regular communication from Gina before the procedure and was helped in every possible way throughout and after the treatment.

My treatment was a shingles vaccination, I recently had a very bad attack of shingles in April 2015,and am still experiencing some of the symptoms from it.Dreading the thought of having it again,I decided to have private treatment, as the waiting list was another 2- 3 years. For me it was good value because it gave me peace of mind. A friendly welcome, and the clinic looked very clean and proffessional,The doctor was very nice and she explained everyhing very clearly and reassuringly.

Melanie knows her stuff, puts you at ease and teaches you how to look after your skin. I had a microdermabrasion treatment and I will be back for more, treatment room was spotless. Lovely experience and fairly priced.

What can I say about Pam? Her massages make me feel on top of the world. When she arrived I was in agony, by the time she left I was in heaven. If you're in pain make sure you call Pam. I've tried all different masseurs but honestly, she's the best by quite some way!!

I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

I love my facials and massages to get done here. The spa pedicure is incredibly relaxing, such a treat. Sabi is as well the only person who does my waxing. I’ve been her client for years now and I wouldn’t go else were. It’s always so nice to come to this Spa. It’s so relaxing and Sabi is lovely.

Very professional. I was expecting to get one mole removed but ended up getting skin tags removed too as I didn't realize I was paying for the time rather than the treatment. Lovely atmosphere, Very welcoming.
