I haven’t seen the results of the vaser lipo treatment I went for at chiltern medical. It was quite a lot of money and choosing them was not an easy decision to make. I cannot say at the moment if it was good value, I will see when I start getting results. I was happy with the service I received from this clinic. I’d rate them 4 stars.

Melanie knows her stuff, puts you at ease and teaches you how to look after your skin. I had a microdermabrasion treatment and I will be back for more, treatment room was spotless. Lovely experience and fairly priced.

What can I say about Pam? Her massages make me feel on top of the world. When she arrived I was in agony, by the time she left I was in heaven. If you're in pain make sure you call Pam. I've tried all different masseurs but honestly, she's the best by quite some way!!

I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

The treatment was good but results yet to show as it takes a couple of days warm and welcoming atmosphere and lovely and knowledgeable beauty therapist

I had a number of milia removed from my forehead and face. The treatment was very quick, and ultimately painless although a little discomfort on the more delicate areas of the face. It was very good value for money and I would highly recommend you get a professional to remove them, this Clinic was excellent. The Clinic was very helpful. A pleasant atmosphere to wait in and I was seen very quickly. The overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend them for future treatments. Their advice was invaluable and I will be returning.

I have had facials, a microdermabrasion and an indian head massage at this clinic with more treatments booked :-) I have to say I love all the treatments, but by far the microdermabrasion was a far out winner. With work commitments and stress at the moment you could really see it in my face especially under my eyes. The results are immediate! My close friends noticed straight away. That sold it to me:-) Really recommend it. I have had several treatments at this clinic and all I can say is WOW. Love the treatments and love the staff. Very relaxing and came out feeling I got value for money. Really a great place to go and feel utterly pampered. I am now a regular returning customer and will be for many years to come. They make you feel welcome and do not over sell products. The rooms are very pleasant with ambient lighting allowing you to completely chill out.

I love my facials and massages to get done here. The spa pedicure is incredibly relaxing, such a treat. Sabi is as well the only person who does my waxing. I’ve been her client for years now and I wouldn’t go else were. It’s always so nice to come to this Spa. It’s so relaxing and Sabi is lovely.
