Was interested in having a chemical peel just to freshen my complexion. Gillian and Jenny were good in giving me direction. I went ahead with the glycolic stem cell peel, no problem at all, bit of tingling but nothing to be concerned with. No down time with this treatment. As this was my first ever peel I am happy enough so far, I will have another 2 treatments, so hopefully I will see a lovely fresh complexion when looking in the mirror! Good, at ease, pleasant.

This clinic has a therapist who’s a qualified doctor so I knew it was the right place to get wrinkle treatment. There were no hidden costs and the price was good. I found the owners to be lovely people, who offered great service. The treatment was comfortable and it was just a nice, easy experience. I was given good advice and the treatment worked 100%. The facilities were clean as well.

Recently had two moles removed, both came back but only slightly, contacted the clinic who booked me in straight away and removed them again free of charge. Great service and very friendly. Fantastic service would highly recommend

I am pleased with my treatment. Only had one treatment so far and although discomfort first 7-10 days with bruising and general appearance of veins they are looking visibly much better now and treatment already working. Going for next treatment in few weeks and will most likely need 3/4 treatments at £125 a session due to the severity of my veins but will be worth it .

Ang is so helpful, very easy to get along with. Puts you at ease, doesn't rush, push or pressure you into having a treatment. Such a breath of fresh air! I was really nervous, not sure what to expect, didn't have much of an idea about what I wanted either! Ang just guided me through, gave me loads of info & said to get back to her anytime. I did, booked treatment & well I'm more than impressed much better results that is expected :-). Also Ang had a great knowledge of some brilliant products that actually work too! Sophie was so proud of her handiwork she took a picture of my hands to feature on Facebook. The appointment was delayed slightly, but the atmosphere was very pleasant and the lady who did the job quite charming.

I was hoping that radio frequency treatment would make a difference to my turkey neck following a very bad episode of sunburn in that area (coupled with advancing years!) so booked a course of 6 treatments at weekly intervals. I was told I would probably need a further course and not to expect too much. However, after about the fourth treatment I started to notice a gradual improvement and after the 6th I was amazed what a difference it had made. I cannot praise Elena and her staff highly enough. The whole ambience of the clinic is amazing and the professionalism, first-class. I must add that I was also using 2 neck treatment creams at home but I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and will probably go back for a top-up in the new year sometime. My special thanks goes to Vicky who made my sessions so pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable. I would not hesitate in recommending this pain-free treatment to anyone with the same problem. I have received 2 treatments, both times I had half a mil of lip filler. On my first appointment I was scared as I didn't want the "fake" look however Abigail was amazing she was completely honestly and told me what what she thought I needed. Face lifting and skin, neck tightening. The treatment made my skin look younger and tighter. Very happy with the professional service I received. I was given advice and lots of sample cream to use at home to maintain the texture of my skin. I will go back for more treatments. I have never experienced such care and interest from a technician before. Excellent!!!

I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.
