I chose this clinic as it's the only place in the area that does IPL Hair Removal. It's a nice, family run company and they made me feel extremely welcomed. Unfortunately the treatment didn't have a very good effect on me, I was informed that this might be the case before I had the treatment and have decided to go ahead and try the electrolysis treatment instead. The treatment ended up costing 80 per session, I was disappointed after going to the clinic for several sessions and not being able to see results, but I accept that it might have just been me. I was recommended some creams to use to aid in my recovery. The staff are all very friendly and close knit. They are very flexible and often just opened for me it seemed.

I have had fillers to get rid of deep set lines between my eyes as well as lip augmentation to get rid of lines from nose to lips. The result of that is great as my lips are fuller but no-one can really tell. The lines, however, are much less noticeable if at all. I have had complete hair laser removal on legs, underarms, bikini line and more recently chin (to get rid of that awful hair that starts growing when you're into the menopause!). I have been to this clinic and been treated by Dr. Munally for possibly 15 years, in fact when Dr. Munally first established his first clinic. I always found him to be highly competent and I always got the right advice from him. Other members of staff dealt with the laser and they are all very nice and they know what they are doing. Their prices are also quite reasonable. I can only but highly recommend this clinic. I feel I am safely looked after by competent people.

I am so impressed with the treatment and care that I have received from Jenny and the team. The clinic is well run and all the staff is warm and welcoming. The treatments have really transformed not only my appearance but also my life. Jenny is a consummate professional and I always feel well informed about the treatment options and very safe and well cared for in her talented hands. I have had dermal fillers and Endymed treatments and felt comfortable throughout the processes. No pain and so much to gain! Thank you, Jenny. This is a really well run clinic with a warm and welcoming receptionist and friendly professional staff. The clinic offers beauty treatments, as well as cosmetic treatments and so, is a great one stop shop for all your beauty care needs. The initial consultation with Jenny and subsequent reviews are comprehensive and enabled me to make a truly informed decision of the treatment options and expected results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this clinic.

Melanie knows her stuff, puts you at ease and teaches you how to look after your skin. I had a microdermabrasion treatment and I will be back for more, treatment room was spotless. Lovely experience and fairly priced.

I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

Today was my second visit to the spa and once again I wasn’t disappointed at all!! I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in right up to the moment that I left. The lady who did my facial was fantastic and gave me some great advice on how to look after my skin moving forward!! I’ll definitely be going back!!! Thank you for a truly relaxing afternoon!

This was the first time I had had intimate waxing (Hollywood ) I was nervous . Sabi made me feel very relaxed and it really wasn't as bad as I thought . Also I had a very relaxing luxury pedicure choosing a lovely oil to soak feet in first . This was fantastic . A lovely leg and foot massage too and then a very good choice of nail colours . I also have had a full leg wax . Again very good and very pleased. Will always use Sabi for my treatments. Looking forward to trying out a lovely massage and facial . I would highly recommend sabi. A very relaxing environment and she makes you feel very relaxed. Always very helpful and location is perfect.
