I had a patch test for Arora’s IPL laser; I was sceptical about this process. But! WOW! I am really shocked at the results of just a patch test!! This wasn’t pain-free, and I didn’t expect these results. There was discolouration for the first 10 days, but this cleared up very quickly! I am Absolutely astonished at the result I have at the moment, and am confident that this will get better when I have my next treatment. Have been going to Joan for years, great service and very professional. Staff are all friendly and put you at ease, their hygiene is second to none, and at this time we all have to be careful, but Joan and her team have thought of everything, feel very safe and treatments are exceptional. You would go a long way to find better, they really do care and want you to be happy with results, never been disappointed.
Excellent clinic. Kathy put my 11year old daughter at ease. She was very friendly and professional. The results were amazing and we even had a nice follow up call the next day to make sure all was ok. My daughter had a large skin tag removed under her eye. Sophia was also lovely and chatty who showed us in. Thanks to everyone for a fab experience
