Antoinette(Toni) is a great professional, she has lots of experience and excellent qualifications. We had a very in-depth conversation about my treatment, I had dermal fillers (full face) 1st session. 2nd session in a months time. This was great for me, I also was reassured at all times and put at ease by Toni. I chose this clinic, because of all her excellent reviews, qualifications and value. My first impression was a relaxing atmosphere and friendly. My confidence is good.

I regularly use this clinic and highly recommend it. Alison is an advanced skin therapist with great knowledge of all things health, skin and beauty related. My regular treatment is a non-surgical face lift with lymphatic drainage under the eyes. You can always see a massive improvement immediately afterwards and for some days later. Facials are excellent as Alison understands and recognises my skin's needs throughout the year. I think the treatments are brilliant value for money and Alison is such a warm and friendly person who always takes time for her clients and goes over and above.

I came here to touch up my dermal fillers after disappointing results from Croatia. I thought I knew what I needed but the doctor made a few suggestions and I agreed to his plan. I was blown away. The injections were not painful and I see no bruising. Afterwards, my husband said I looked fantastic ( he never notices when I do this elsewhere. I look completely natural but better. We spoke of his skincare line and were given full size sunscreen and cleanser. In addition, on the way out I decided to buy some serum and moisturizer and still came in what I would spend elsewhere. Honestly, an overall home run in results, cost and friendliness. Dr., I will see you again!!

I saw Dr Bilal today. He was assisted by Libby, and I must say that I was very impressed, despite feeling a little anxious. Dr Bilal reassured me and the whole procedure, from giving me the local anaesthetic, having an impacted Wisdom tooth, and a snapped off molar extracted, took less than 10 minutes. I went into the treatment room at 1 pm, and I was on the bus home by 1.16. There was no pain and hardly any bleeding. If your dentist is hesitant about removing a tooth, ask to be referred to Smilekind.
