A warm welcome, followed by fantastic customer service. Made me feel at ease from the commencement of the session and explain to the procedure throughout. Constantly having the opportunity to ask any questions about the procedure. Felt cared for and the after-care information had a feeling of continued customer service.

Had Skin Tag treatment with Jemma 10 days ago and I am delighted to have found her for the treatment I received. The premises are clean, and private, with parking at the door; and Jemma was fantastic. Gave good advice beforehand, and also had the patience to ensure she got everything. I had an excellent experience. A facial cyst, present for eight to nine months, was successfully treated. The procedure, performed by Paula, was virtually painless. However, I do have a high pain tolerance. Although three sessions were anticipated, the cyst resolved after a single treatment. I am extremely satisfied and will return for treatment of another cyst. The procedure minimized scarring, a critical factor given the facial location. The overall experience was exceptional, and I will exclusively utilize this dermatologist's services in the future. Pricing was reasonable; however, the significant improvement in my confidence, facilitated by Paula, is invaluable.

I chose Smile Kind as I required specialist surgical treatment not available at my normal general practice dentist. They are on my general practice dentist's list for complex referrals. Also my wife had excellent treatment earlier this year at Smile Kind, to remove a troublesome wisdom tooth. My treatment was to extract a cracked and infected molar that was beyond repair, followed by a bone graft and associated initial procedures in preparation for a planned implant later this year. This process, from my initial assessment meeting with Sami and Sarah, the surgery itself last week, and next day post-op follow up phone call were completed with total professionalism and high skill. The surgery site in my jaw is already settling down after several days. Everything was explained in advance, the surgery itself was pain and stress-free, and patient care was exemplary. I came here to touch up my dermal fillers after disappointing results from Croatia. I thought I knew what I needed but the doctor made a few suggestions and I agreed to his plan. I was blown away. The injections were not painful and I see no bruising. Afterwards, my husband said I looked fantastic ( he never notices when I do this elsewhere. I look completely natural but better. We spoke of his skincare line and were given full size sunscreen and cleanser. In addition, on the way out I decided to buy some serum and moisturizer and still came in what I would spend elsewhere. Honestly, an overall home run in results, cost and friendliness. Dr., I will see you again!!

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.
