I am so impressed with the treatment and care that I have received from Jenny and the team. The clinic is well run and all the staff is warm and welcoming. The treatments have really transformed not only my appearance but also my life. Jenny is a consummate professional and I always feel well informed about the treatment options and very safe and well cared for in her talented hands. I have had dermal fillers and Endymed treatments and felt comfortable throughout the processes. No pain and so much to gain! Thank you, Jenny. This is a really well run clinic with a warm and welcoming receptionist and friendly professional staff. The clinic offers beauty treatments, as well as cosmetic treatments and so, is a great one stop shop for all your beauty care needs. The initial consultation with Jenny and subsequent reviews are comprehensive and enabled me to make a truly informed decision of the treatment options and expected results. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this clinic.

Melanie knows her stuff, puts you at ease and teaches you how to look after your skin. I had a microdermabrasion treatment and I will be back for more, treatment room was spotless. Lovely experience and fairly priced.

all asthetics, wax, nails,reflexology I have been going to the clinic for a few years now. I started with waxing and I then went on to have a course of aesthetic treatments. I have recently started having regular manicures. I also had a course of reflexology. I can honestly say I am extremely pleased with all services I have received. All staff are extremely friendly and easy to get along with. I recently had a super facial from the Medispa range, that was superb. I highly recommend the clinic for a friendly, efficient, value for money experience.

Easily arranged a hassle free appointment to have some under arm skin tags removed. The removal was carried out very professionally, in a clean and comfortable treatment room by the lovely Cara who put me at ease immediately with her clear explanation of what would take place. Easy to locate with plenty of parking available. The clinic is clean and welcoming with a lovely waiting area. Highly recommended, in fact my wife was so impressed she's booking in for some treatments of her own in the school holidays.

I have a serious IBD and take special medication to control my condition, as with all medication its side effects cause my exposed skin to be sensitive to daylight. I had a significant number of skin tags which were itching and had become a nuisance. Caroline at The Retreat removed them for me with modern electrolysis equipment over two sessions at a very reasonable cost. The skin tags have gone and my life is so much better. I had sent off several email enquiries to several clinics and I am so pleased that Caroline from The Retreat was the only one who had to courtesy to respond with rather offer of treatment. I am so glad I made an appointment - so grateful for their care and attention. The Clinic was immaculately clean, I was made welcome by the lady on reception and after completion of some paperwork shown to the treatment room, which again was immaculately clean.

Today was my second visit to the spa and once again I wasn’t disappointed at all!! I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in right up to the moment that I left. The lady who did my facial was fantastic and gave me some great advice on how to look after my skin moving forward!! I’ll definitely be going back!!! Thank you for a truly relaxing afternoon!

It was my first time getting my legs and intimate area waxed so I was a bit nervous walking in especially since I was doing a Hollywood wax which is pretty crazy to do as your first intimate wax. But there was no need to worry! Sabi was great! I told her it was my first time so she made sure to be gentle and that I wasn't uncomfortable during the waxing. It really didn't hurt as much as I thought it would! Sabi was quick and efficient and made sure she didn't miss anything. She really wants you to have a good waxing. Plus she's great to talk to. It wasn't awkward silence and the conversation was nice. The clinic is next to the bus station so it was really easy to get to. The room you do your treatment in is nice and relaxing. The whole waxing was as relaxing as it could be when you're getting waxed. It was the best first waxing experience that I could ask for! I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again!

Very professional. I was expecting to get one mole removed but ended up getting skin tags removed too as I didn't realize I was paying for the time rather than the treatment. Lovely atmosphere, Very welcoming.

I was hoping that radio frequency treatment would make a difference to my turkey neck following a very bad episode of sunburn in that area (coupled with advancing years!) so booked a course of 6 treatments at weekly intervals. I was told I would probably need a further course and not to expect too much. However, after about the fourth treatment I started to notice a gradual improvement and after the 6th I was amazed what a difference it had made. I cannot praise Elena and her staff highly enough. The whole ambience of the clinic is amazing and the professionalism, first-class. I must add that I was also using 2 neck treatment creams at home but I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and will probably go back for a top-up in the new year sometime. My special thanks goes to Vicky who made my sessions so pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable. I would not hesitate in recommending this pain-free treatment to anyone with the same problem. I am pleased with the results so far, although it will be a lengthy process. The hardest part of electrolysis is having to completely stop waxing or plucking but anyone embarking on this treatment would be wise to do plenty of research beforehand so they know something of what to expect, and the staff can offer advice and reassurance. The clinic has a lovely calming atmosphere and is very handy for buses if you don't drive.
