Very Kind and Excellent Surgeon - Rhinoplasty. I came across Instituto Medico Privado when looking for Surgeons outside the US. It wasn't so much about the money but the proper care and quality of the doctors I was looking for. I am very happy with my decision to go with them. Their prices were reasonable. All the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Dr. Diana Monteiro was very kind, communicative, and provided exceptional surgery. I'm happy I went with my intuition. I went to the clinic 2 weeks ago to have 6 largish moles removed. They have been the bugbear of my life. The staff there were very friendly and explained what needed to be done. Though the price was at the high end of what I was promised, they took 2 more off me and were very good at keeping me informed after the procedure. I had the stitches off last Friday and can certainly see some good results but clearly will take a bit longer.

My surgeon, Bilal, phenomenal, he explained everything in terms I can understand before and during the surgery as it was about to happen. The nurse, Kate, delightful and helpful. Talked me through my x-ray weeks earlier, and booked the extraction for a date and time that best suited me and it was great to see a familiar face for the she too. Both were so joyful in the work.

It can be scary getting fillers in a country not your own but his English is impeccable and I am very pleased with my results. I would definitely recommend.

I Googled a dermatologist that deals with removal of skin tags. I chose Dr Pattichis as she had good reviews & had a kind face. The clinic contacted me the very next day & within 2 days I got an appointment for a consultation. I attended my consultation which was easy to find with easy parking & to my delight Dr Pattichis was able to remove on the same day several skin tags around my armpits & some moles. The whole experience was done with professionalism from the receptionist Sofia, Youlia the clinic manager & of course Dr Pattichis herself. The clinic was clean & modern with refreshments & delicious snacks at reception. I would definitely recommend & return if needs be.

Very good experience of traveling to Bulgaria for treatment. Dr Karadzhov was very accomodating and flexible, fitting treatment around my holiday. Communication was excellent throughout, including an online consultation to go through the procedures and discuss any concerns. Prices were as quoted and excellent value compared to the UK. Very happy with the result and would recommend and use it again if needed.
