When I initially visited the dental center in Istanbul last November to begin my treatment, I was quite anxious. Despite receiving a thorough explanation of the treatment plan before my departure, the nerves persisted. However, as soon as I arrived at the clinic, I was assigned an exceptional individual named Melisa to take care of me. He immediately made me feel safe and secure, providing detailed explanations of each step that would occur during my visits. When I returned in early May to commence the second phase of my treatment, I was thrilled to once again have Melisa by my side. Knowing that he would provide the reassurance I needed was incredibly comforting. He warmly greeted me in the morning, reiterating the procedures scheduled for the day. Even during my late appointments, he patiently waited for me and accompanied me throughout the process. Now, I have the smile I've always wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The service I received from start to finish was truly exceptional. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their genuine care and support, particularly to Bugra, my dentist, for giving me the smile I now proudly wear, and to my incredible assistant, Melisa. I'm 60 years old and have had a lot of very expensive dental work done over the years and I can say unequivocally that this was my best experience. The office was immaculate, everyone was super nice, and spoke perfect English. I was actually 1.5 hours late for my appointment because I had phone problems and got lost. Dr. Ortiz still did the work and it was actually painless. My typical dental visit leaves me a sweaty mess and then I cry when I get the in car. No sweat or tears this time! I'm ecstatic with his work and the prices are fantastic compared to the US as well.

Visited few Dentists before meeting Dr Bhatia. My perception regarding dentists and dental treatment changed after meeting Team Dentafix...they are the best dentist in Chandigarh. During first visit they do the through check up and explain the problem with available treatment options and their pros and cons. Best part is they don't force you for the treatment and let you decide. My father had two implants it was all good. I underwent a root canal and crown which was a painless procedure for me.
