It was my first-time visit today and I received a very warm welcome. The treatment experience was very positive as well. The holistic approach helped me to realize and understand how my toothache can be connected with unconscious behaviour so I can pay attention to it more. The examination was very thorough. Having chipped a couple of teeth I booked to see Dr Karim Abdel-Khalek for composite bonding. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Karim is very skilled and talented. After almost 6 years of trying to find a NHS dentist this practice took me on. I needed the last of my teeth removed and dentures supplied. The staff and dentist were so friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending them.

If you are of a nervous disposition, Croft Dental Centre is the dentist to choose. From the time I went into the building and booked in, the Lovely receptionist Sue helps to relax you.Such a lovely smile. I cracked a tooth, and the cause was probably granola, Kavi was amazing, she explained everything to me, I could feel my anxiety levels reducing. I would guess I have been using Hook Lane Dental Services for over 60 years from its earliest clinic at the Oval and then to Welling. I have never had a bad experience in all those years and have recommended members of my family and friends and all have received the same service of professionalism from the front reception to the dentists.
