Everything was organised by Hamza - a medical consultant, who did his job in an excellent level: transfer, hotel in Taksim (the place I adore), even a doctor, who was doing my treatment before. My experience at Dis 212 was second to none. I am extremely happy with the expertise, compassion and support that this great team provided me. I chose this clinic on the basis of reviews and also because of a prompt response to my enquiry. I was made very welcome, in a facility modern and comfortable. I had 7 crowns and one extraction, the cost of which was a fraction of that charged in the UK. In addition, airport transfer was provided by Dis 212.
I needed some implants and extractions! I contacted the clinic and had Doctor Volkan directly on the phone, I texted him all my needs and received answers to all my questions (I had so many to ask btw), he was very attentive and didn’t force or push me to do any extra treatment ( which is very different from other clinics I contacted, no direct contact with doctors only consultants), once in the clinic everything has been made easily and professionally, I recommend doctor Volkan because he is a good technician and very understanding! I might post an update in few months after the second visit, where everything will be fixed but for now allgood 👍🏻

We felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and we built a very good relationship with the English team. We were not required to pay upfront either. Treatment included Accommodation & VIP Mercedes transfers. Surgery is perfectly in the heart of all popular food and tourist destinations. So we were able to turn the visit into a relaxing holiday at the same time. Will 100% recommend it.
