I visited Dis 212 from the U.K. I needed a crown and a replacement for a filling. The service at the clinic was really good and the process of the treatment was quick and easy. Gunay was very helpful every step of the way, in case I had any questions or concerns. The treatment was very affordable, and the quality exceptional. I’m happy with the results both look natural and blend with my teeth well. I will definitely return to Dis 212 if I will ever need further dental work in the future. There are dentists and then there are dentists. Dr Cem Baysal is the best. He is a master of his trade. I first went to this gent following work previously carried out by amateurs. He had the job of rectifying someone else's mistakes. I had no bite and was damaging myself every time I ate. He is fantastic. My husband has now been treated and had full mouth treatment. Bridges veneers and some implantations. He has done a marvellous job and the work was above our expectations. He is a brilliant practitioner. He is not the cheapest. You get what you pay for. I know as I had to pay twice to rectify a botched job. If you need treatment you cannot go wrong with Dr Cem Baysal.

I can't say anything bad about this dental clinic! I first went there six months ago for implants and stayed for 10 days. I returned in February to have the implants placed. The people working there are fantastic—so kind and professional. Plus, their new clinic is lovely! They did an amazing job on my teeth, and I’ve had no problems at all. I would 100% recommend them. I was 2 weeks ago in the dental clinic in Istanbul. It is a very professional and clean clinic. The doctors and the assistants were very kind and helped me calm down because I was so nervous. On the other hand, I was in really good contact with Ene, and he was also the one who welcomed me in the clinic. The result of my treatment, 20 E-max facings, is really beautiful. Besides the treatment, we had a very nice stay in Istanbul. Enes arranged my hotel and transfer; the service was excellent, and the hotel was close to the clinic (just 5 minutes walking). I want to thank you all for this great experience and my new smile!

After a great deal of research, I chose the Novusklinik for a full dental restoration, 8 Implant, 7 extractions, a full set of, top-of-the-line dentures for the top arch and crowns on all the lowers. All 28 teeth. I am 50% through the process but am extremely satisfied with their work, professionalism, dedication and follow-up with their patients. The 7 extractions were easy and the generous amount of freezing ensured the process was completely pain-free. They sent me home with a temporary set of acrylic dentures for the top arch so that the implants have time to heal. They are fairly thick so it has taken some time to get used to the and I still have a slight lisp which is a little annoying and gets worse when I have a lot of saliva. Aftercare and follow up communication have been great. The place is spotless, the staff amazing and don’t worry if you don’t speak Turkish they have an interpreter with you every step. Pick up at the airport, driver for all your appointment.and they will drop you off at the airport when your heading home. Can’t wait to get back in Sept and complete all the work. If I had any complaint at all it would have been with the hotel that was reserved for my stay. I think it was called Ruby suites, The fridge never worked and staff never made much of an effort to get it fixed. I complained several times and even spoke to staff at the clinic but this was never resolved. Other than that it was a very positive experience. I would like to thank Maria who was alway very attentive to my treatment and needs and all the staff.
