I found Ihlamur Dent Dental Clinic on 'WhatClinic' and communicated through WhatsApp directly with Dr Volkan Karabey. He answered all my queries thoroughly and promptly. Excellent communication and prompt replies by the dentist himself is always a good sign so I chose this surgery and traveled to istanbul and I wasn't disappointed. He completed 3 of my crowns and some bonding within agreed timeframe and costs. If something additional is needed to complete the treatment effectively which couldn't be foreseen before attending clinic that would be extra of course as with all things in life. Clinic is modern and clean and staff are friendly and courteous. I would rate his services and patient care (during and even after treatment) as 10/10 and highly recommend him if you visit Istanbul.

I had Mommy Makeover on 3/8/22 with Surgero. I am a mom of two grown children and at 49 years old I wanted to do something special for myself after all these years. I had a 100 lb weight loss that I’ve kept off for the past 5 years which left loose hanging skin around my abdomen & breast area. After years/hours of working out, I quickly realized the skin could not be toned & back to its normal shape and needed to be surgically removed. I saw an advertisement for Surgero on IG so I reached out to them. I received a quick response once I requested a consultation. The concierge from the very beginning was polite, and professional and answered all my questions. I was booked a year out by choice to save up enough funds as I was paying in cash. From there the process was very smooth and I only had to book my flight to İstanbul, Turkey . Surgero remained in close contact with me throughout the weeks leading up to my procedure which I was thankful for! I was greeted by my coordinator after their driver picked me up from airport. I met my surgeon a day before of my surgery, and they said it’s better to have 2 consultations (1 a day before surgery day and 1 on surgery) to have better communication/understanding between the surgeon and the patient. My surgeon was Dr. T and let me tell you he was the sweetest, kindest, most professional surgeon that I could’ve asked for. He answered all my questions with the utmost sincerity and clarity on what needed to be done with my mommy makeover. I loved him and have recommended her to several of my colleagues, family and friends. I am now scheduling for a Brazilian butt lift with him for spring of 2023. I look & feel AMAZING!!! 😁😁😁 I would recommend Surgero to anyone who has a date and wondering if their facility is worth it and I will say yes worth every dime I spent.

The treatment was amazing they did an excellent job with my teeth I was very happy with the result. The staff was so kind and helpful and even though I don't speak Turkish they spoke in English and there were no communication problems. Honestly, such an amazing experience I would highly recommend

My boyfriend and I had made a vacation plan in Istanbul. Seizing the opportunity, I had previously seen the name Cosmedica Dental on Instagram and did a lot of research on it. Then, I scheduled a dental appointment with them. I got my teeth cleaned which was perfect, and my boyfriend got a Hollywood Smile. Not everywhere could provide a perfect Hollywood Smile, but Cosmedica provided him with excellent treatment.

Where do I start? From the beginning until the end it was a smooth and wonderful service I had. I’ve been there twice now and I had good treatment done by most of the doctors and all I can say is I don’t regret my money at all it was a good investment so well done Dr Omer and your team. I even dragged my whole family along to get their treatment and all of them left the clinic on a happy note. I did have a little issue and after speaking to Tehmeena she’s happily managed to find a solution for it. The only advice I can potentially give is for the staff esp the dental ones to be more conversant in English if it wasn’t for Kenan and Tehmeena as well Dr Omer it can become a little challenging but overall I will definitely recommend the clinic services as it’s worth it.
