Dentist Erdem Salim Yılmaz was incredibly helpful. He listened to my problems with great care and patience. He explained the problems and procedure with both clarity and integrity. I really feel he prioritized the patient mouth health over financial aspect. Moreover, he was a warm and Easygoing person. He empathised with me throughout the whole process. I really recommend him as a dentist and doctor.

Visited Clinic Prime for two visits this year to have an all on 6 implant procedure and a set of zirconium crowns fitted. In total I had 10 implants fitted and 20 zirconium crowns. Being from the UK, the cost was probably about 80% less than what I would have paid on the NHS. The price also included all accomodation and airport transfer costs. It really is fantastic value. The big question though, is how does the standard of work compare? Simply put, it is as good if not better than what I would have received on the NHS. The standard of work was fantastic and I am delighted with the results. I was looked after by the coordinator Onur and by the dental doctor Ersin Arican. From the initial telephone consultation over WhatsApp, there was no pushy sales pitch and everything was explained fully with clear and transparent costs along with a guarantee of no hidden extras which was honoured. No matter what I needed to know and if any unexpected treatments cropped up, everything was fully explained and the original price honoured. It really was a fantastic and simple experience. The actual procedure itself was completed with obvious care and a clear intention to get things right and the way I wanted. Nothing was too much to ask, and very importantly, I was included in every decision throughout the entire process. The after care I was given was excellent and I was really made to feel like a valued patient. I would say the after care was better than anything I have received from a UK dentist, who are not always available. Not matter the time of day or night, I could contact the coordinator who would sort whatever I needed at the clinic. The clinic itself is exceptionally clean and welcoming. All equipment is modern and it is clear that this clinic isn't simply rushing everything through to make money quickly. There is a high level of patient care and everything is completed with compassion and precision. The staff were all wonderful and friendly and are clearly very professional in what they do. Although the clinic is in Turkey, language is not really an issue. The coordinator, who speaks perfect English, sat with me the whole time and anything the doctor had trouble finding the right words to explain was easily interpreted. That's not to say the doctor doesn't speak English, he did, but sometimes certain things just needs a small interpretation. So if communication is a concern, it really doesn't need to be, there is no issues with language. I really cannot reccomend Clinc Prime highly enough. I admit, I had reservations about travelling to Turkey for treatment, but I am so glad I did it. Everything was so easy and despite being about 80% cheaper than the NHS the standard is simply world class.

I travelled to the clinic in Istanbul from the UK for treatment which consisted of root canal, a crown, fillings and cleaning. The clinic was nice, the staff were very friendly, they explained the procedures and had expertise in different areas to provide the best level of service. I came to Dr. Cinik's clinic for teeth cleaning and laser teeth whitening 6 months ago. I am happy to share my experience: everything is very well organized!!!! First of all I recommend booking the transfer, as you will be picked up from the airport and taken directly to your hotel (if on the list), as well as the transport between the hotel and the clinic. The team is very professional and very qualified. The managers too! They plan everything down to the smallest details! I had all my problems solved and it took only a few days! The transfers came quickly and I knew the schedule in advance, so I could plan my day. Dr. Cinik's team was very attentive and caring. I was 2 weeks ago in the dental clinic in Istanbul. It is a very professional and clean clinic. The doctors and the assistants were very kind and helped me calm down because I was so nervous. On the other hand, I was in really good contact with Ene, and he was also the one who welcomed me in the clinic. The result of my treatment, 20 E-max facings, is really beautiful. I found Dr. Tolga on Instagram and really liked his work so I decided to have him as my doctor for nose surgery. I contacted many doctors but I found Dr Tolga better than them all. Dr. Abdulnasser was able to extract them without surgery or pain. I had 26 Zirconium crowns and 12 canaled root treatments done professionally in one week. The crowns they put are guaranteed for life if properly taken care of. I stayed in Istanbul for 8 days. Every day, Mr. Nour would call me and text me to provide me with an appointment for the next day. On the day of travel, a driver was waiting for me outside the hotel to pick me up to the airport. Even after treatment is complete, Mr. NOUR is still responding quickly to all my calls and text messages. He would send my concerns to my dentist and answer them. I had two of my left wisdom teeth extracted. The extraction was quick and more importantly, painless. It took around 20 minutes for the extraction of both teeth. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was. It was so quick and painless, that I didn't even notice when my second tooth was taken out!
