The surgeons were great, and the clinic staff and English translator were friendly and very helpful. After my X-rays and consultation with the surgeons, the treatment advisor explained the treatment plan. However, he kept speaking over me and cutting me off when I asked questions, which made the consultation frustrating. The communication from the advisors could also be improved. Simple requests such as an updated treatment plan and a clear invoice should be dealt with more easily instead of being passed to someone else or being told, “I will send it tomorrow.” Overall the treatment and clinic staff were great. The main area that could be improved is the communication and customer service from the advisors.

Hello ! Thanks for the wonderful service Trakyadent ! My experience here is that I had dental cleaning and whitening. Everything was done in 1.5 hours and they picked me up from my hotel and dropped me back to my hotel after the treatment. I did not pay for x-rays and general examination. I am happy with my white teeth!
