The healing process was quick and painless due to his high level of skill. On my second visit to Istanbul I meet Dr. Gùlşah Dűlger she is one of the best dentists in the world her passion for her brilliant work and her care for me as a patient was outstanding. Dr. Gűlşa made sure I was happy with my veneers and she went above and beyond to satisfy me. I was so impressed with the work she did and my veneers look absolutely amazing. The surgeons were great, and the clinic staff and English translator were friendly and very helpful. After my X-rays and consultation with the surgeons, the treatment advisor explained the treatment plan. However, he kept speaking over me and cutting me off when I asked questions, which made the consultation frustrating. The communication from the advisors could also be improved. Simple requests such as an updated treatment plan and a clear invoice should be dealt with more easily instead of being passed to someone else or being told, “I will send it tomorrow.” Overall the treatment and clinic staff were great. The main area that could be improved is the communication and customer service from the advisors.

Very good value for money. Super cheap prices and the service is second to none. The dentists speak English, but they even have a translator with you all the way. The communication prior to the dental procedure was also very smooth via WhatsApp and every text message was responded to very rapidly. I can definitely recommend this place.
