I visited Clinic Prime Istanbul recently from the 3rd of March to the 10th of March 2024 for the purpose of having a Hollywood smile. My teeth were in a bad condition but Doctor Gül made my dream come true. He listened to me and explained every step of the process. I have had 28 zirconium crowns placed on top of my shaved teeth and now my smile looks brighter than ever and my gum is healing. Zehra, Ali, and the girls were all very helpful and attentive. I would like to thank them all and I highly recommend this clinic.

I visited Dis 212 from the U.K. I needed a crown and a replacement for a filling. The service at the clinic was really good and the process of the treatment was quick and easy. Gunay was very helpful every step of the way, in case I had any questions or concerns. The treatment was very affordable, and the quality exceptional. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time to help others who are searching for an excellent dentist—because I know firsthand how challenging that can be. I had a severely decayed back molar (second molar) surrounded by swollen gums, along with a chipped tooth. From the very beginning, Dr. Furkan took the time to walk me through every step of the process, explaining what was happening, outlining my practical options, and recommending the most cost-effective approach while prioritizing my long-term dental health. The extraction of my severely decayed tooth was completely painless, even the injection! It’s been over three weeks, and I’ve had no follow-up infection—something I truly appreciate. What stood out to me was that he didn’t preemptively prescribe antibiotics, which I respect. I strongly believe antibiotics should be used only when absolutely necessary, not as a "just in case" measure. For my chipped tooth, Dr. Furkan used modern equipment to ensure precision and accuracy, leaving no room for human error. He also fitted me with a porcelain-fused crown that blends seamlessly with my natural teeth. The entire process—including the extraction and crown placement—was completed in just two visits, with no pain or bleeding, even after the difficult molar extraction. Even the initial examination was incredibly thorough and well worth the money, as it provided great insight into my overall dental health. I 100% recommend Dr. Furkan. He provides exceptional treatment, professional expertise, and clear, honest advice in a calm and patient manner. His dedication to his work is truly evident. I went to Kent to have two white fillings done as well as a scale and polish. The facilities available are quite impressive, and I has given a x-ray as part of the free consultation before being given a written, costed treatment plan to accept or decline. I was apprehensive about seeking treatment abroad, but my translator, Atakan, was very informative and helpful in the lead-up to the appointment. Dr Akdereli completed the work. Unfortunately for me, the cleaning revealed further signs of decay on other teeth, which were previously hidden by plaque build-up. I was shown the areas of decay using a camera. He then offered to stick to the original treatment plan, complete all the fillings I needed on one side, or complete all on both sides for which I would need to pay the difference. I opted to have fillings completed on one side of my mouth so I wouldn’t be numb from anaesthetic across my whole face. Dr Akdereli completed the three fillings within half a hour with no pain except for one tooth where I experienced some discomfort due to the depth of the filling, which is to be expected. No visit to the dentist is ever a positive experience for me as I am an incredibly nervous patient, but I had a substantial amount of work done with minimal pain, and made a large saving compared to the UK. They even price-matched my dental clinic at home with the cost of the polish, as this was originally more expensive here. What would improve my experience realistically would be being informed of what stage of the treatment is taking place by the dentist whilst undergoing treatment. After 20 minutes, I was under the impression I was still having the first filling done, which made me panic. Dr Akdereli reassured me through our translator at this point that he was about to complete the last filling, to my pleasant surprise. He even spoke to me briefly in German, which I can speak partially to lighten the mood. I left the appointment feeling quite stunned - something which is normal for me if I have anything beyond a small filling done - Atakan sat with me in the sun until I had composed myself after the appointment. Whilst I didn’t travel to Istanbul specifically to have dental work done, I would consider returning to Kent in the future. My only hope is that the fillings last a substantial period of time, as I am writing this five days after the appointment. I have no pain in any of the teeth, the fillings are the right height, and I only have minor sensitivity to cold which is to be expected for a couple of weeks. All things considered, this was a generally positive experience.
