My experience of Clinic Prime Istanbul was very positive. I needed a new crown fitted and compared then with a few other clinics in Istanbul before making a decision. Ela was my initial point of contact who discussed options, prices etc. She was never pushy and patiently answered any questions I had. The actual facilities and experience on the days I was there were 1st class (clean, clearly modern equipment, friendly staff etc). Ela was there to greet me and also acted as translator when needed. Everything was conducted in a very professional way. The whole experience and results were far better and far more cost effective than here in the UK. I paid for a white crown which was made of far stronger and longer lasting material (zirconia) than what my dentist offered in the UK. It was even much cheaper than the bog standard silver one i could have got with an NHS subsidy! Even got a 3D scan of my entire mouth done which was included in the price. Never seen one of those available in the UK! In summary, highly recommended and great experience from start to finish. Very professional business.

Definitely recommend this clinic. Service from start to finish was excellent. Interpreters were great and very friendly. The hotel was excellent. All transfers were prompt and advised in advance. Everything was clearly explained, and lots of final checks were done. Ece in particular was amazing. Her attention to detail ensured a perfect finish. Thank you from my son and me!

Prior to arriving to Turkey from the States, I felt safe and secure with them. Day 1 of arriving to my appointment it’s was “Lights, Camera and Showtime”😂 I brought great energy so I felt the same during my visit. I had great time there and the staff is LIT ASF🤙🏾. The results are awesome! Due to the dental procedure I have to return in 3 months for the final permanents. Other than that, I’ll recommend others to booked.

When we arrived, we weren’t sure which type of dental procedure would be best for us, but the staff took their time to carefully assess our needs, explain the different options available, and honestly advised us on what would work best for each of us—without any pressure at all. Every member of the team was polite, friendly, and extremely professional, which made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. Wow, what an experience. My daughter and I both needed some complex work done. From the moment we arrived, we were looked after like celebrities. Alican, who is assigned to look after us for the whole trip, taking us back-and-forth to the hotel and the dentist, was incredible. The amount of organising to finish all of our treatments in five days was mind-blowing. The dentist was clean, professional and modern. We couldn’t have asked her anymore. Ross W
