I had an otoplasty procedure at London Harley Street Clinics and I honestly did not expect the result to be this amazing. From the very beginning, the surgeon was extremely kind, patient, and caring, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process. The aftercare and guidance were excellent. If you carefully follow the surgeon’s advice, you will achieve the results you are hoping for. I am very happy with my outcome and grateful for the professionalism and support I received. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering otoplasty.

I had upper blepharoplasty with Mr Harley at The McIndoe Centre and I could not be happier with the result. Ollie was informative and explained the procedure and I felt very confident in his skill. I would definitely recommend him.

I had a scar review surgery with Mr Vadodaria in December 2026, of a surgery done elsewhere, and it was a really great process. The salient points of my experience, I would say, were how much respected I felt, how much Mr Vadodaria listened to what I wanted, that he listened to my expectations, that he informed me about the surgery, how he discussed with me and his team and me about my surgery and offered his word of advice in a very warm way. I felt very well assisted before the surgery, at the day of the surgery and after the surgery. The entire team at Macs Clinic were really fantastic. Mr Vadodaria, besides being a warm person, is a very talented surgeon. I couldn't be happier with the result. A big thanks to Mr Vadodaria and the Macs Clinic team.

I had a small cyst removed from my forehead. It was done quickly and pain-free. Booking an appointment was easy and the clinic is beautifully clean. I felt very relaxed, my procedure was fully explained and carried out in a very professional manner. Would highly recommend.

If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here. If anyone is doing their research into where to have surgery I will recommend the Centre for Surgery immediately. I felt like I was in such safe hands. Thank you all so much I am so grateful!

I considered a number of clinics for my circumcision, but I am very glad that I finally chose Thornhill. Dr Amin and his staff were excellent from start to finish. Professional and friendly. Put me at ease immediately and explained everything in a patient and gentle manner. I would highly recommend the staple method and thoroughly recommend this service.

Firstly I must point out that I found Mr Ajay Mahajan by extensive research which took me many many hours to do, but this time and effort was of vital importance because when undergoing elective surgery and paying for procedures such as mine ( Mastopexy and implant ) you have to get it done correctly first time around. Mr Mahajan is a gentleman who has a very relaxed reassuring approach and he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns and spelt out what was achievable and what the results would be for a lady in her 60’s. This gave me the confidence to have the procedure done and I am so glad I did as I found it life-changing. I am now 4 months post-op and I am delighted with the results of my surgery and would certainly recommend Mr Mahajan to anyone wanting the same procedure. Ann
