I was back playing netball after 6 weeks, which was crazy despite the surgery I had just undergone! I have this new confidence in myself, which had been dimmed in the way I looked at myself post-children. I now feel comfortable to wear clothes that I would have previously never dreamed of wearing, and to wear a pair of jeans, which I had not done for 4 years, is huge for me. I feel like I am able to throw on everything and leave the house, whereas before I would spend a lot of time worrying how my stomach would look in certain clothes.
