After suffering multiple bereavements, all in 10 months including my Son my only child leaving two young Children and a baby, my Boyfriend, my Dad , my uncle died and my brother was diagnosed with cancer even my cat died of cancer . After all of that, I have had rats in my home that have made me very ill .I was thinking I look like a total wreck and would love to have some work on my haggard, sorrowful face and neck . Augmentation-mastopexy from £6500
Your breasts are lifted and enlarged (using breast implants) in one operation. This is done by removing skin from below and around your nipple, raising your nipple and tightening the breast tissue inside. The skin is then stitched leaving you with a scar around the areola (the coloured skin around the nipple), vertically down from the areola to the crease under the breast and sometimes a horizontal scar underneath the breast along the breast crease.
Breast augmentation from £4300
Breast implants (made from silicone) are inserted under the breast – either directly beneath the breast tissue or alternatively partially under the muscle underneath the breast (known as dual plane). The scar is around 4 or 5cm long and is hidden in the breast crease. The choice of pocket (below or above the muscle) is determined as part of the clinical examination process, and will also depend on the type of implant chosen.
Nipple Reduction  
Some people develop overly large nipples or alternatively may develop nipple duplication (a “double nipple”). Correcting this normally takes about 30-minutes and is usually performed under local anaesthetic (with you awake) as a day case procedure (in and out the same day).
Inverted Nipple Surgery from £1500
Once your nipple is numbed using injections of local anaesthetic small incisions are made at the base of the nipple. Depending upon the degree of your nipple inversion, either a stitch is inserted inside the nipple which, when tightened prevents the nipple from inverting, or alternatively, small flaps of surrounding areola skin (the coloured skin around the nipple) are tunnelled in and stitched under the nipple to prevent it inverting again.

Does Breast Implant Surgery require a general anaesthetic or hospitalisation? Breast Implant Surgery is usually a 1-night-stay or a day-case operation which is carried out under general anaesthetic. What are my options for the type of implants? Various types of Breast Implants are available and the optimum implant for you will depend on your goals and existing size and shape. Breast implant types are Silicone or Saline filled, round or teardrop shaped and can be low, medium, high or extra high profile in order to achieve the best aesthetic natural result.  There are differences in the outer layer of implants also.  I usually use Motiva or Mentor implants which ahve a good safety and manufacturing record. Where will the implants be placed in Breast Augmentation Surgery? Breast implants can usually be placed directly behind the breast tissue.   If the breast tissue is thin over the upper part of the breast then it may be preferable to place the implant more deeply, under the pectoral muscle. In either position, what you will see and feel is your own breast tissue.  The goal is to achieve the optimum natural appearance of your breasts. How long is the recovery time? Most patients report that their surgery was much less painful than they expected. Moderate pain / discomfort is expected for 3 – 5 days. You may return to your normal daily activities the next day if you feel ready and comfortable to do so.  You should however avoid strenuous exercise / activity for 6 weeks. It will be necessary to wear a support bra for the first 3 weeks, day and night and the second 3 weeks during the day. The majority of swelling will resolve in 2 – 3 weeks but it will take up to 3 months for the breast to return to normal feel.
Breast Lift £7750 - £8500
Breast lift, aka Mastopexy, reshapes the natural breast tissue to convert a droopy elongated breast into a rounder shape with the nipple in a higher position.  This typically gives a pleasing transformation to the breast and whilst it doesn't add any quantity to the breast (you need an implant or fat transfer to do this) it will usually make the breast seem fuller.
Labiaplasty £2800 - £4000
Prominent labia minora can be a source of discomfort and also embarrassment in some women.  Labia can be reduced in size with routine daycase surgery to give a more natural and proportionate appearance.

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. If I could give the Centre for Surgery a million stars I would! The whole process from the phone call, consultation and surgery itself was absolutely seamless and couldn’t gone better. Coming from someone with a severe needle phobia and not feeling comfortable in a medical setting I felt so comfortable from start to finish. I had an Otoplasty with Dr Michail Vourvachis today and yet I don’t feel any pain and feel like my normal self. All the nurses, reception team and anaesthetists were so kind, caring and attentive especially given that I was so nervous. Dr Michail Vourvachis truly is a one-of-a-kind surgeon, with incredible attention to detail and incredible at calming me down for my procedure. In my initial consultation, he explained absolutely everything I needed to know and I had no questions as he had already answered them all. He is not only an expert in what he does but he is such a kind and caring person who will help put anyone at ease. A huge shoutout to the nurses who were there by my side throughout the whole process. I was so anxious and yet they are all so kind and looked after me so well. And a massive shoutout to the anaesthetist who calmed me down and made me laugh. Thank you so much to the reception team for answering all my questions and being so kind and informative! I’m one of those people who are quite difficult to calm down when I’m anxious and yet everyone genuinely calmed me down and made me feel reassured and looked after. They really did go above and beyond! I have my check-up consultation next week but I couldn’t help to write a review immediately because of how perfect the whole process has been. I’ve had other consultations previously from Harley Street and nothing has come close to how incredible the whole team are here.
