I'm so happy with my surgery and the service I received...From day one of liaising with Alex by WhatsApp, all my questions were answered any time of day or night, to being picked up by a lovely driver from the airport, Alex met me at the hospital the day of my surgery and stayed with me and interpreted everything that was said by all the doctors that checked my health, wonderful staff at the hospital, and my surgeon Prof Dr Cemal Firat is fantastic!

Excellent treatment from start to finish! At the consultation, we amended my treatment to make it more suitable to myself. A complete explanation of why this would provide more positive results and so I choose to have Smart Lens replacements. Over the next two days I had my surgeries, one eye on each day. No pain at all during the procedure and only minor discomfort afterwards. I was provided with plenty of medication to ease any pain, aid healing and antibiotics as well, all with instructions for use. My coordinator throughout was Batuhan, who answered any queries promptly, whatever time of day - I honestly don’t know when he sleeps! Professional, friendly and amazingly helpful in every contact. Full stop: Dr Burak from Medhera Health Clinic is the dentist you need to go to! Due to an accident as a child, I have always struggled with my smile. I damaged one of my front teeth and required a crown from the age of 7 or 8. Last year while travelling, my crown (performed by another dentist) fell out, and I was left with a missing front tooth. I began to investigate treatment plans, thinking I'd get a dental implant. Let's just say, the quotes and treatment plans I received from other dentists were ridiculous, full of unnecessary cosmetic procedures, such as full front 8 veneers, when I only had one bad tooth! At that point, I was considering going to Europe to have my treatment done, then I took a chance on Dr Burak. From the moment I first met him, I knew I was in great hands. He never recommended any unnecessary treatments or cosmetic procedures, it was clear he wanted to provide me with the most cost-effective and efficient treatment plan to get the best possible result. It was also clear, that giving people perfect smiles is NOT about the money for him. He is truly passionate about his work and above everything else 100% TRUSTWORTHY. Dr. Burak recommended that I get Clear Correct to correct my bite before installing a dental implant. He never once brought up the idea of getting veneers to make it easier to colour-match my crown, after speaking to his staff it was clear that he would not perform veneers unless there was no better option. If you've ever researched this procedure you know that veneers and crowns ultimately need to be replaced every 10 years or so. Some dentists love to recommend them because it's guaranteed you'll be coming back to the office to drop about 10-20k on your smile in 10 years. Dr. Burak is NOT that dentist. When starting the Clear Correct treatment, I had two options, either wait with no front tooth to get my dental implant (that would mean painting a front tooth onto each Clear Correct tray) or get a crown. With no dental insurance, I wasn't sure what to do and considered getting the crown done elsewhere. Worried about my results, Dr. Burak performed the crown procedure for me at cost. Despite this generous gift, the procedure was performed with the same exactitude and artistry Dr. Burak extends to all of his patients. I was sent to a lab for custom colour matching and received the best crown I have ever seen. It perfectly matches my other teeth. Now my Clear Correct treatment is completed, my crown is still going strong (no need presently to pursue the dental implant) and my teeth look amazing. I can only say good things about Cosmetocity. From arrival at airport, transfer to hotel, hospital stay till the day we left, we were attended with professionalism and care. I must admit I was petrified especially because I planned to do it alone and knew nobody in my family stand by me travelling to another country to get a gastric sleeve. In fact, I even kept it a secret from my husband until I took the final decision of going with Cosmetocity, because I knew it would be extremely hard to convince him. Undoubtedly it is, by far, the hardest and craziest decision I have taken in my life, but I needed it. My life the past 8 years had been going downhill because of difficult personal situations, I ended up with obesity and a scared face due to the hormonal problems that resulted from my depression. If you look at my stomach 1 month post op, you would never imagine I had a gastric sleeve. He is not only a warm-hearted doctor but also extremely professional and greatly skilled. He did a perfect procedure, especially taking into account he found an umbilical hernia that complicated the procedure, but everything went perfect. All the nurses in OZM hospital were like angels and even the cleaners were polite and friendly, not to mention how clean they keep the hospital- it was spotless! All in all, if any of you are thinking of going with Cosmetocity, don't hesitate!

I am just over 3 months post-op and already so pleased with the results. My main issue was a deviated septum - which after getting my cast removed, I could see my nose was straight! My recovery couldn’t have been easier - I had very slight swelling peaking day 3 or so but no pain or bruising whatsoever- I didn’t need any pain medication that was prescribed. The doctor explained everything in great detail, including the risks and also the use of rib cartilage which we did proceed with, never feeling pressured to make decisions, but giving his honest opinion on what would be best for me. After seeing my neighbour had gone to MaxxClinic for a tummy tuck and was very happy with the service and results, I decided to contact them to enquire about having the same procedure myself. I was surprised how easy it was to contact them, just through WhatsApp and how quickly they responded to all of my questions. The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and when it was time for the procedure, you are sent a host to come and collect you from your hotel who speaks very good English making you feel very welcome. The hospital was also very clean and the nurses were lovely. I can honestly say if you chose MaxxClinic it will change your life.

360 Lipo and Tummy tuck Amazing surgeon. Clean hospital. Very neat stitching. I experience no complications. The surgeon gave me his personal number, when I returned to the UK every time I message he give a swift prompt reply. Excellent value for money. Will be returning for more treatment.
