I recently underwent cosmetic surgery with Dr. Yoo and I cannot express enough how incredible the entire experience was. From start to finish Dr. Yoo and his team went above and beyond my expectations, delivering care and attention that truly exceeded anything I imagined. Words cannot even begin to describe the amazing experience I had with this practice! Starting with the front desk, who always greets everyone with a smile. The most powerful and positive memory of my surgery is the extraordinary caring service that Debora, the English-speaking surgical coordinator gave to me. Debora gave me supportive and caring individualized attention. She always made me feel like I am her one and only priority and nothing is ever a bother, no matter how many questions and how many times I ask her the same questions…brain fog after the surgery? Prior to my surgery, I was extremely nervous, as expected. Debora took the time to explain how every step of this process will be, what to expect before, during and after surgery, constantly reassuring me and checking in on me. My surgery lasted about 8 hours and it was clear that Dr.Yoo and the team came in fresh, focused, and ready to deliver exceptional results. They were professional, skilled and compassionate every step of the way. The day after my surgery and for the next four weeks, I went to the clinic every day for the de-swelling laser which is included with the surgery And every day Debora took her time to be by my side helping me with my questions, giving me the reassurance and encouragement that I really needed the first two weeks post-surgery. She also gave me tips and tricks to help my recovery process. I’m absolutely thrilled with my results and I’m looking forward to coming back in September for the second procedure of the eye-pop surgery….stay tuned for more detailed updates. Would like to share an honest review. It’s been 3 months since I’ve had my surgery. I had a mini facelift with liposuction on face & double chin, along with thread lifting on double chin. My first initial consultation was through via email to collect my health information. With quick response, I was able to book my appointment. On my first initial visit, I was appointed to a very well English-speaking translator(Julia). I had initially only wanted double chin & face fat to be removed. Dr Park had suggested other procedure to be added, due to my age & extra skin that would remain. With his honest opinion, he did kindly reject my request to perform the surgery. In my opinion, this would lead to an unsatisfactory result for him as his reputation & especially for me as a client. I was able to perform my surgery the same day, but it would have to be be based on his recommendation for best result. I wanted to sleep on it to make my final decision. I was determined to go forward & returned the following day. I had the same translator (Julia) who stayed by my side from beginning to end. This really eased my whole experience. All the staff were friendly & the nurses made me feel very comfortable. For the service I got with the amount I paid was amazing! It’s only been 3 months & seen such great results with so much compliments, can’t wait to see the final results after the 6 months. So glad Dr Park had performed what he suggested. Dr. Lee is not only the best at his craft, but he is also humble, kind and committed to perfection. After interviewing multiple surgeons, I decided on Dr. Lee, and travelled from Canada to South Korea for reconstruction and revision rhinoplasty. I had an extremely complicated case, having had a previous rhinoplasty procedure in Canada that left me with a saddle nose deformity and collapsed nasal valve. Some of the other doctors I consulted advised that the surgery was too complicated or wanted to use gortex or silicone to rebuild my nose. Instead, Dr. Lee used my own rib cartilage to rebuild my nose (which is much safer than foreign materials). Dr. Lee is a true artist. The result was truly life changing. I am now able to breathe normally. Beyond that, Dr. Lee created a nose that surpassed my expectations. He created a nose that perfectly fits my face and features. I would be remiss to write a review without also thanking Joann and the nurses. The whole team took great lengths to ensure I was comfortable and enjoyed my time in Korea. The entire experience was seamless from airport pick-up to ongoing care at the residence. Every detail was considered down to serving patients anti-inflammatory foods, to LED red light therapy to reduce swelling. I am extremely grateful to have met Dr. Lee and the VIP team.
