I had surgery on July 22 and had two consultations with Dr. Colin Tham beforehand. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. The post-surgery care from the team, including the receptionist and Dr. Colin's assistant, has also been prompt and attentive. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

The staff are friendly and the doctor even sent me home since my transplant was finished late. I had 3300 grafts. It didn't cover most of the areas I wanted to be covered s they focused on my hairline but I hope with the medication, my existing hair will grow thicker.

After travelling throughout SE Asia for 5 weeks, I arrived in Bangkok. I was able to secure an appointment when arriving in early November several weeks out, in fact, the day before I was to depart home to Honolulu. Sometimes the stars align themselves in the Universe, and I was overwhelmed when I entered the offices of Metro Beauty Clinic. I was greeted by owner Renaud, a vision dressed all in white, who placed his full attention on my concerns. I have been to clinics in Miami, Beverly Hills, etc, but they cannot hold a candle to this facility. Shortly afterwards I sat with both Renaud and Dr J.J., who is in my opinion, “a perfectionist and an artist”. I will happily be returning in Spring for a few “tune-ups”. Thank you, Metro Beauty!!

Dr Ramie’s service is really perfect, his explanations are very detailed. He will only recommend the suitable treatments for me. He won’t over recommend. I see alot of improvements and will definitely visit more to get treatments from Dr Ramie. He is highly recommended to the first timer’s to Cleo. From my initial enquiry through to meeting Dr Nguyen and his team I felt supported and I had all of my questions answered. I felt confident going ahead with my Buccal Fat removal surgery. Dr Nguyen's assistant gave me some pain killers and antibiotics. I came back the following day to check in with him. He was happy with how I had started healing.
