This was my first IV drip NAD+, and I'm really thankful to have met Dr. Napat Nitayaphan. She's truly beautiful and gentle! She patiently explained and answered all my questions! The process was not uncomfortable at all, on the contrary, I slept soundly! The best part is there was no hard sales and the staff continuously cared about any discomfort I might have while receiving the drip. He is very patient, and his team is friendly and responsive, always answering my questions promptly via WhatsApp even before I decided to go forward with the surgery. I had previously inquired about the same plastic surgery in Taiwan, Vietnam, Korea, and Thailand. Considering accommodation costs, potential inconveniences, and the unfamiliar place and language barrier from those places, I decided to proceed with Dr. Colin Tham. He is very transparent, discussing both the pros and cons without any sales pressure, which I appreciated. It has now been two months since my surgery. While it’s not the final result yet, everyone has commented on how natural it looks. The entire surgical process included scar removal laser treatment, with no hidden fees or added costs. The post-surgery care from the team, including the receptionist and Dr. Colin's assistant, has also been prompt and attentive. Thank you for taking such great care of me!

Absolutely outstanding care from start to finish. You're picked up from the airport in a beautiful, air-conditioned, luxurious car and taken to your hotel. Then picked up in the morning and taken to the clinic. All check-ups follow that same pattern, and communication is excellent, so you always know what is happening. When you arrive at the clinic, there's somebody waiting at the door to welcome you with a smile, somebody waiting for you at reception, somebody waiting for you at the lift, etc. It's so organised, so streamlined and efficient. And the best thing is, every single person is friendly and approachable. Truthfully, it was a bit stressful arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the language, and wanting surgery. But this team makes it so easy. When I met Dr Pichet, I just felt like I could trust him. He persuaded me to switch surgeries, and I was hesitant at first, but I think it's so important that you feel able to trust your doctor, and he has such a measured and caring air about him. You get the feeling that he takes such pride in giving you the best outcome. The entire team is so lovely. But special mention must go to Miss Tak - she's such a sweetheart. You get her WhatsApp number, so there's always somebody to contact if you have any questions. The actual surgery went really well - so many staff in the theatre, which felt so reassuring. Aftercare is excellent, and all clinical supplies and compression garments are provided, along with as many waterproof dressings as you could need. Faultless in every way, couldn't have asked for more.

I had did my filler treatment by Dr Raimie. He is very polite and caring towards me during the treatment process. And the nurse are working there are so kind. I feel very comfortable with Cleo.

I attended a free consultation for tattoo removal from fingers of my right hand. I was met at the reception by 3 members of staff all smiling and welcoming! The waiting area as the rest of the clinic is cool and spotlessly clean. I was asked to fill out some basic information forms and asked to wait in a very comfortable waiting area. After all of 2 minutes, I was shown into the consultation room of the practitioner who would later perform the procedure. The lady spoke excellent English (as had the previous staff)and was able to give me all the answers I required. I was given a price per session, informed of how many sessions would be required and then given the option to have the first session immediately, with or without numbing cream. I readily accepted and went for the pain so went without numbing. The initial touch of the laser was like a scratch but that was as bad as it got. It was done in seconds. After I was given a cleansing pack consisting of a cleansing solution, a pair of tweezers, cotton wool balls and 2 different creams and instructions for keeping any wound clear of infection! I booked the next session before leaving. I would have no hesitation in recommending this clinic for their friendly demeanour and their professionalism at all stages!!

Thank you to Dr.Potchara and the Team for your amazing service. I received Treatment for wrinkles and Fillers. The clinic was very clean and sterile. I had an initial face-to-face consultation with Dr Potchara to discuss the outcome I was looking to achieve. I was taken into a treatment room and given numbing cream on my face, once this had taken effect, I first had the Fillers, then the Treatment for Wrinkles, Dr Potchara and his assistant were constantly making sure I was comfortable and pain-free. I have had no bruising and no Treatment for Wrinkles‘headaches’ after treatment. I am so pleased with the outcome and price, and would not hesitate to see Dr Potchara again for any further treatment.

Blepharoplasty I had badly hooded eyes. I have a blepharoplasty top. No pain felt. Recovery easier than expected. The doctor is so quick and responsive. This surgery was not planned. I found out about the doctor and the clinic while on vacation. The doctor responded so quickly, and he was able to squeeze me in for surgery on his busy schedule. Fabulous after surgery care.
