Experienced patient and client relationship manager with a strong background in healthcare, aesthetics, commercial consultancy, and customer service. Throughout her career, Gabriela has worked in medical and aesthetic environments, combining patient support with commercial strategy, communication, and personalised follow-up. 

Her approach is centred on creating a welcoming and supportive patient experience, ensuring personalised guidance, clear communication, and attentive care throughout each patient’s journey. Gabriela is recognised for her empathy, organisational skills, and ability to build trusting relationships while maintaining a professional and patient-centred approach. 

Graduated in Physiotherapy from Universidade Fernando Pessoa, with over 15 years of professional experience in physical rehabilitation, dermato-functional physiotherapy, and wellbeing treatments. Throughout her career, she has worked in rehabilitation clinics, aesthetic and wellness settings, and private practice. 

Cátia has advanced training in dermato-functional physiotherapy, post-operative recovery, manual lymphatic drainage, radiofrequency, cryolipolysis, and body contouring treatments. Her approach combines technical expertise with personalised care, focusing on recovery, body wellbeing, and improving patients’ quality of life.

Registered Nutritionist with experience in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, and food industry settings. Currently completing a Master’s Degree in Food Education at FCNAUP, with a focus on evidence-based nutritional intervention and sustainable eating behaviours.
