A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

I hope this helps someone. I came here a couple of years ago to have a sleeve operation, and everything was first class and excellent value for money. I am fully recovered now and lost over 9st and am very happy with my decision. I had my breast argumentation on the 21st March 2024. My doctor was Semih Yildiz. The scaring is healing great. I am very happy with the results. I can really recommend the clinic as well as the doctor.

I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough, from the initial consultation through to the rhinoplasty surgery and post-treatment, the team have been amazing. My surgery was done by Dr. Mehtap who was absolutely lovely & understood English and explained everything perfectly. My translator throughout was meder, who was there for me for any enquiries and really helped me along the way. post my surgery, I’ve been in contact with Elif, who’s been great, in providing support and helping me with any concerns that I had. I would really recommend.

I couldn’t have asked for any better- from the VIP transfers to the hospital .. the actual surgery .. the care I received from everyone including the nurses. The surgeon checks up on the before and after surgery. Irem was with me the whole way if I needed her - she is a wee gem! The hotel was lovely…. If I could give my experience of this surgery 10 stars I would. I’m back home 6 weeks tomorrow and feeling fine!! I didn’t even have the gas pain afterwards! I could go on and on about my treatment but honestly, if you’re in doubt - do it! Just wish I had sooner.

I chose this clinic for my family. One of my brothers had hair transplantation, and it has been 9 months, and the result is obviously outstanding. My other brother had otoplasty, and my mother had upperand lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Kocak and they are also extremely happy. Best choice ever had. If I need anything personally, I am sure that I will choose them.

I had my surgery on the 17/02. Everything was booked via WhatsApp and within 2 weeks of 1st contact. The doctor was very responsive and answered all my questions. When i arrived i had to wait 15mins for the car and the car took me to my hotel which was 30mins away. The hotel was nice and clean.a few hours later there was someone to pick me up and we walked to the hospital which was only a few yards away. The whole process was easy and i was asleep and woke up after it was done. I waited an hour for my IV then after I went back to the hotel. I was only meant to stay for one night but the planes were cancelled due to the storm so couldn't fly back to England. I texted the coordinator and she sorted the hotel for an extra night. The next morning my transport came to pick me up and I was taken to the airport. All in all, it was a good experience and I can't recommend Merv and Dr Onur enough. I am on 10 days now and I have lost 5kgs.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

I had EDOF lenses installed at this clinic in May 2025, and I am completely happy with the results and the service provided. Everyone from the Support staff to the Doctor were very professional, answered all my questions and have been providing follow-up care ever since. I highly recommend them for any ocular surgery!

I recently had a procedure through this clinic. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team, both before and after surgery. In particular, the post-surgery care far exceeded my expectations. I can contact the team directly through the line chat app and receive extremely prompt responses both from the doctors as well as the clinic staff. I needed additional care due to dehydration and was seen immediately. I highly recommend the Rattinan Medical Center.

Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.
