Absolutely brilliant, right from initial contact, they were more than helpful, no hounding for a booking like others. They fitted the procedure in around my schedule and at short notice (about 2 weeks). They booked my flights with a small deposit and sent the details straight away. On arrival in Antalya, I was greeted by a very happy driver and taken to the luxury transport and driven to the hospital, where I was met at the steps and booked in. Within the hour (this was around 11 pm), I'd filled in all the paperwork and had my first tests. I was then left to get freshened up in the more than adequate on-suite in the hospital room. Day 2 saw me being escorted to the majority of the tests in the morning, with great translations provided, then at around 3 pm, I went for surgery. Between the morning and afternoon, I was visited by Bridge's personal assistant, who explained everything and answered every question I had. This is the first time I'd ever been in a hospital, let alone having surgery and honestly, because of all the support, I was not worried or anxious. After the operation, the first person I met was the personal assistant, who again couldn't do enough for me as I was immobile. Right through the night, I was visited by the hospital staff at regular intervals to change out my IV bags and monitor my vitals. On day 3, I was up with the assistance of the nurses and walking around, again, tests at regular intervals and got used to hearing the phrase "all good... bye" from them. The drain was removed after a successful blue water test, and I was allowed to shower again. In the evening, I was given chicken broth, apple juice and water... boy was this welcomed. Again, through the night I was tested "all good... bye" Day 4 was going home day, I actually cried when I was writing a message on the WhatsApp group thanking everyone for the way they'd looked after me (I'm a 51-year-old bloke with normally no emotions). At 11:15, I stepped outside the hospital with the assistant and chatted about general stuff till my transport arrived, no handshake on departure... a proper Turkish goodbye as I was told: "this is how friends do it". It was then off to the airport. Even when I arrived home and after being fined for baggage allowance, Bridge took care of the payment for me. I can't comment on comparisons with other medical service providers, all I can say is you will not be disappointed if you choose Bridge Health Travel to book your treatment with... and you'll get involved in a massive WhatsApp support group full. of those who have had and are contemplating treatment

After four wonderful experiences here, treating multiple areas of my upper body, I now suspect I will be returning to see Dr. Hui Forever. I had "bodytite" and truth be told, nothing is perfect, there are still some irregularities on the treated areas, but nothing like irregularities I've suffered at the hands of other doctors using conventional Lipo. Bodytite is, I can attest, a far superior form. I've lost three inches on my bust (yes, we did breast reduction via lipo); and two inches off each of my upper arms. I'm thrilled. I have had the best services in this hospital. As a foreigner, I do not know the Turkish Language but a lady, Azra, from the hospital staff not only helped us in translation with the doctor and other staff but also guided us on every stage. I am really thankful to Miss Azra for her great support. The hospital is very neat and clean. All staff members are very humble and cooperative.

Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

Very caring and professional I had a labioplasty two weeks ago, and from the very first consultation, I had a very good feeling. Both the expertise and excellent reputation of the clinic, as well as the care provided by Dr Beatriz Ruiz de Gauna Vives, gave me a great sense of confidence. I especially appreciated the full support throughout the entire process from the patient coordinator, Kristina. I never experienced a service like that before, and now I wish it existed in every clinic. I never felt alone, and my nervousness was significantly reduced thanks to the warm and friendly conversations with her. It felt as if a friend was accompanying me. Even after the procedure, I stayed in close contact with her, and she helped me with all the organisational things. A very valuable help in a clinic where the doctors of course, are mostly occupied with a lot of patients all the time. I am now two weeks into the recovery phase and have not experienced any complications. The contact with both the doctor and the coordinator is always available whenever I need it, which makes me feel very safe. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to fully evaluate the final result for a few more months, but from what I can see so far, I am very satisfied and would choose Clínica Planas again at any time.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. For years I wanted to get liposuction type surgery I came across the Auralia Clinic on the internet. I sent some emails to require some more detailed information the coordinator was very helpful giving me truthful facts. The coordinator made a free consultation appointment where I met the surgeon this was a very positive experience. On the day of the surgery, I was a little bit nervous The staff at the Auralia Clinic are brilliant they reassure you as a patient making you feel welcome, the clinic staff are very professional and trained at their work. The nurses are excellent pre- and post of your surgery. The surgeon was brilliant with my procedure I was delighted with my experience at the clinic. Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. The hospital is well-equipped, modern and well-staffed. The hospital anaesthesiologist and assistant surgeon also very lovely, as too were the nursing staff.
