Is a medically supervised weight loss approach where soft silicone balloon is placed into the stomach. Balloon works as a filling inside the stomach creating lack of hunger and feeling of fullness which will help to decrease your food intake and lose weight without additional surgery. This completely reversible procedure is considered minimally invasive and is introduced for a period of 6 or 12 months. During this period patients can achieve weight loss of 10 - 30 kilograms. Gastric balloon procedure is performed under intravenous sedation and lasts approximately 20 minutes.

I feel totally in control of my weight and have been quite effortlessly shedding kilos I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2021. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. Mrs Erika was kind and efficient throughout and the PMI team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from hospital and Prague was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately.

In case of Gastric Balloon you need to have BMI index higher than 30. The guaranteed price of the gastric balloon procedure is 1 600 EUR. The price includes airport pick up, transfer to the clinic with our representative, pre-operation consultation with doctor, general anaesthesia, surgery, all medical materials + medicaments and food, post-operation care, balloon retrieval and quarantee . The pre-operative check-up is 200 EUR and we charge 120 EUR/night for hospitalization. If on behalf of the pre-operation check-up the procedure cannot be done, only the costs of the check-up are charged. The price also includes the dietary plan. In the case of inserting the gastric balloon, the price in addition includes the removal of the balloon after 6 months.
