I travelled with my friend to Latvia for her surgery and was very impressed with Weight Loss Latvia. Everything was well organised from airport pickup to hospital care. Ilva, the organiser, was kind and supportive throughout. Dr. Oleg and the medical team were professional and reassuring. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. In tribute to the amazing Dr Tamer and his highly professional team, I am reflecting on my journey at 67 years of age. After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting, I felt sleeve surgery was a big decision due to my age, but after seeing my daughter's wonderful results, I made enquiries. I had no major health issues, and although overweight, I visited the gym and classes about 4 times a week and had lost a lot of weight myself, but it had been creeping back on as it always did. I booked a standard sleeve, but my nerves and anxiety were getting to me, as I found out I needed a hernia repair and maybe gallbladder removal at the same time. Dr Tamer was so understanding and empathetic to my anxious emotional state, but he gave words of encouragement and wisdom, and I eventually had the 3 operations at once. I had an amazing recovery and no issues after the op, only the usual ones I had been told about. I am now considering plastics with Dr Tamer and his amazing team. If you feel you are too old, don’t; age, as they say, is just a number. My only regret is like others have said, is not doing it years ago.
