I booked through Novemed as I had such a great experience with them in June 2022 when I had my gastric sleeve. This time I was returning for the tummy tuck and 360 liposuction which was under a surgeon who was recommended by Novemed (Dr Can Usulu). The chief nurse Zeynep was absolutely WONDERFUL. She was always available for any questions to be asked no matter the time of day. She was able to answer my questions through her experience and if she didn't know the answers she would speak with the Dr. Travelling We were collected from SAW on Monday and taken directly to the hotel, all transfers to the hospital for pre-operative checks and on surgery, day were covered and travel back from the hospital to the hotel was covered also. My experience with Novemed has been as fantastic as it was the first time around. They are a wonderful group of people who go above and beyond for you and they treat you like friends and care for you - which at times in the hospital this doesn't exist. Zeynep is a very knowledgeable person, and without her, I do not think the experience would have been the same.  Taking her advice on the best things to do i.e. lymphatic massages and the packages they offer (usually cost extra) were always optional and there was no pressure selling. Zeynep has a wonderful friendly nature and made a big impact on our second experience and for her, we will be eternally grateful. Thank you once again Novemed for going above and beyond.

My wife recently underwent gastric sleeve surgery at this clinic, and we are extremely satisfied with the experience. The entire process went smoothly without any complications. and her recovery was swift – we were able to return home after just 5 days. We received everything that was promised to us. A special thanks to the warm and caring coordinator who guided us through every step of the journey. It has been a month since the surgery, and the results have exceeded our expectations. A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

I lost 15kg after one month! The experience with doctor Metin Karadeniz was perfect. I had professional help and the hospital is very nice. Vanity has been AMAZING. I was very scared about booking surgery abroad and flying there alone, but they’ve been with me every step of the way. The first thing to note is that the hotel, transfer, and hospital are VERY clean. The coordinators kept me updated throughout and helped me with whatever I needed. I thought this might change after I paid and completed the surgery, but not at all. I’ve paid, had the surgery, and already had a coordinator reach out to me about aftercare and recovery. Please don’t believe they’d just take your money and disappear after surgery because that’s not been my experience. They’ve been phenomenal! Also, everything’s been speedy. They fitted me in so quickly, and I never experienced any long waits. Should I ever need or want surgery again, I will be coming back here. 😊

I recently had a septorhinoplasty, organised by the Dr CINIK team, performed by Dr Mehtap. The care immediately after surgery is great, 2 days of round-the-clock care in a clinical setting. I found my translator Manal to be very patient and helpful. Dr Mehtap spoke perfect English too and understood my concerns - I wanted to improve my breathing for sleep. Kubra was one of the many people who looked after me in the hospital and she is now providing me with lots of support via WhatsApp as I heal, she’s been really nice and patient as I ask lots of questions about post-op care. Whilst I am still swollen and can’t see my final appearance, I am pleased to note that I am sleeping better than I have in years due to breathing improvements. I fully recommend the Dr Cinik team.

Absolutely fantastic! I was a bag of nerves on the plane, but as soon as I landed, I was picked up by a private cab driver who was very polite and informative. The host and surgeon were very helpful and caring. I was treated better than the NHS. I'm glad I went ahead, as I've finally gotten rid of those horrible bingo wings. I'm already planning a boob reduction with AYT!

Very professional and genuinely lovely guy Dr Suleyman was recommended to me by a friend who has personally used him. Following many many hours of research I failed to find one bad review for this surgeon. I then met him face to face when he visited my home city. I knew following that meeting that I was going to be in good hands. The surgery went very well and he was always very professional doing daily checks on me. I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

I had my procedure in August 2023. Mel was amazing and supported me through the whole process. I stayed for 5 days and took my partner. The rooms were clean and cleaned 3 times a day. Everything was explained to me by Mel. The consultant took the time to constantly check on me and make sure I was ok.

One of the best decisions, if I have ever made in my 30 years of life span, is that almost three months ago, I visited clinic bariatric and did my gastric sleeve. The experience of my surgery was quite good and comfortable. I am more than happy to tell all of you that in just two months I lost 28 kg. The gastric sleeve is the best thing that ever happened to me. Before that, I hesitated about my weight and looks, and now I am living a best and healthy life without any discomfort and hesitation.
