A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

I hope this helps someone. I came here a couple of years ago to have a sleeve operation, and everything was first class and excellent value for money. I am fully recovered now and lost over 9st and am very happy with my decision. I had revisional Bypass surgery with an added minimizer ring. Great communication with the coordinator up until I landed. And friendly nurses although some are lacking in English which can cause problems. The Doctors are all lovely too. Even got my surgeon's number after I left so he could answer any questions I had. Was also a lovely lady who deals with social media and took me out on my last day to a local salon where I had a facial pedicure acrylics and a wash and blow dry. The company also does aesthetics so when the time comes I will be going back.

Smooth process, from booking to the transfers and accommodation that was sorted for me. The procedure (elipse balloon) was painless, I was only in the clinic one hour. Managed to lose 11lbs in one week, so I'd recommend.

I found my treatment at the clinic to be first class the nurses were lovely and very helpful. I could find no faults at all with the care they provided.

2020 was supposed to be the the start of my journey at KCM Clinic for a full face & neck lift upper & lowers eye lids. Then covid hit us so I couldn’t go! Tried again that same year in August but for personal reasonings it wasn’t meant to be. Fast forward January 2025, I was at KCM Clinic on a Patients Group Trip ( a group of patients who travel together with a patient manager, in my case Kim ) I arrived with every expectation of having what I desired eventually! With the thorough examinations & diagnostic tests unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the surgery due to several factors. I was devastated! But i smoked, i had anemia , ( discovered via the post op tests when I arrived ) and i was on medication that made my hands swell twice the size. So , with another consultation with Dr Luniewska, she agreed to preform upper eyelid correction. I was happy to still be having something but grateful it was under local anaesthesia and I knew I wasn't taking any risks. 6 Months later with a proper diet , addition of vitamin d/c and arnica plus i stopped smoking enforced with all the advice given from Kim and Dr Luniewska I finally had my dream op on the Summer Group Trip! All the medical team are lovely. Dr Luniewska is very professional. She takes no risks and does not give false expectations. The nurses were good and knew there job well as well as the co ordinators based in the clinic. The clinic is spotless! Kim the international patients manager was super professional/caring and their when you need anything! Even brought us a latte once we were allowed to drink. If your thinking about surgery abroad there’s only one place and that's KCM Clinic especially group trips if your nervous or have no one to travel with. I highly recommend and I also encourage everyone to take the pre op instructions carefully and prepare. I'm now one week post op and im healing perfectly and already starting to see the results. Decided to ring about having surgery with Tonic in May 2021, as have googled the company lots and their reviews are very good. I rang Tonic and spoke to Paula Warwick there, I honestly couldn't ask for anything else from her, she was informative helpful, never pushy to sign, and was always there to ring if I had a question, and I definitely rang a lot with questions. She recommended Dr Sherif Awad for the surgery, in which was told he's appeared on TV and is on youtube explaining everything about the procedures, there was very interesting and educational and told prices on everything that gets done at This surgeon Dr Awad comes with 100% recommendations from myself I had the surgery due to him ringing me personally to chat asking questions, and explained everything down to the last detail. He stays involved all through the process, even coming to seeing you on the day of surgery to seeing if you have any questions. I have had no complications, not a lot of pain nothing I'm healing well-loosing weight and very happy with Dr Awad. He comes highly recommended by me. So go on if you are thinking about it you will not regret it. I wish I'd done it 10 years ago.

For years I wanted to get liposuction type surgery I came across the Auralia Clinic on the internet. I sent some emails to require some more detailed information the coordinator was very helpful giving me truthful facts. The coordinator made a free consultation appointment where I met the surgeon this was a very positive experience. On the day of the surgery, I was a little bit nervous The staff at the Auralia Clinic are brilliant they reassure you as a patient making you feel welcome, the clinic staff are very professional and trained at their work. The nurses are excellent pre- and post of your surgery. The surgeon was brilliant with my procedure I was delighted with my experience at the clinic. I would very highly recommend The Auralia Clinic I am delighted I achieved my lifelong positive goal as wanted to get this done for many years. Brilliant service. Dr Awad went through all the questions I had and was full of information. Rachel’s initial discussions made so much sense about the pros and cons of a sleeve in comparison to a band. The aftercare package is the best on the market when I Compare. Having developed high blood pressure at an early age of 23 and having lots of tests carried out with no real answers, I began to question my weight. A few years passed after trying various different well-known diets and failed miserably. I gained more weight if anything! I came across Mr Hamouda after a recommendation from a close family member who has also had a sleeve operation - losing close to 8st in under a year, she has also maintained this weight for nearly 18 months. Since my operation just over a year ago I have lost nearly 9st. Without a sleeve operation, this would never of happen. My BMI has dropped by 15 and has lost over 60 inches around my whole body. If anyone for some reason is questioning Dr Hamouda or weight loss surgery then don’t! Dr Hamouda not only changed my life but allowed me to start living it again. I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

When they talk about The best doctor they mean this one. I will recommend him when u need to do any bariatric procedure did mine yesterday and don’t believe that I did a procedure. No pain and they are so efficient with attending to you. Thank u doc

I had gastric sleeve surgery, and the experience was wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Ahmed Yousry is excellent at what he does. The hospital was clean, with top-notch facilities, caring nurses, and a dedicated dietician. Everything was so quick and easy.
