Very easy to deal with and nothing seemed too much trouble for the mediator from the clinic

I chose this clinic for my family. One of my brothers had hair transplantation, and it has been 9 months, and the result is obviously outstanding. My other brother had otoplasty, and my mother had upperand lower blepharoplasty with Dr. Kocak and they are also extremely happy. Best choice ever had. If I need anything personally, I am sure that I will choose them.

After four wonderful experiences here, treating multiple areas of my upper body, I now suspect I will be returning to see Dr. Hui Forever. I had "bodytite" and truth be told, nothing is perfect, there are still some irregularities on the treated areas, but nothing like irregularities I've suffered at the hands of other doctors using conventional Lipo. Bodytite is, I can attest, a far superior form. I've lost three inches on my bust (yes, we did breast reduction via lipo); and two inches off each of my upper arms. I'm thrilled. Thank you Dr. Hui, and your whole wonderful team - especially Ezra (patient liaison)🙏 I'll see you all soon!

Tereza at MedRoyal was amazing. She sourced an experienced surgeon for my facelift. She gave me good advice, kept in contact me throughout the whole journey, answered all my questions and generally reassured me throughout the whole process. It was also good value going to Prague and only a 2 hour flight home. I am very happy with MedRoyal and I would highly recommend their services and I would use them again.

I highly recommend Dr Oliver Frolica and his team. He did my gastric sleeve on 10/1/25 and honestly couldn't be any happier his professionalism and very high standards of care I recieved from.him and Dr Keely are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond for their patients care . They are just amazing and the aftercare is exceptional. I would like to say if anyone is considering this surgery i highly recommend dr Frolica and dr Keely at wahroonga , the day after my discharge from hospital my blood pressure was up and my heart rate was up they rang to check on me and when I mentioned my bp and heart rate the asked me to come straight away into the clinic even though it was closed as it was a Sunday afternoon and they met me there checked my blood pressure and heart rate and talked me through things and are going to continue on checking up on me every day by phone to make sure my blood pressure and heart rate is ok and importantly that I'm OK. I have there number to contact them if I have any concerns, I've never experienced this kind of dedication before. I truly highly recommend Dr Frolica and dr Keely, as u are in safe hands

I had a gastric sleeve done in May 2019. I have lost just shy of 5 stone in 1 year. I was very hesitant to do the operation at age 22 but it's the best decision I ever made. Mr. Awad was kind and efficient throughout and the Tonic team have been constantly supporting me. The op went very smoothly and the lift to and from the Derby hospital and London was such a considerate feature. The first 3-4 weeks are tough but completely worth it. I'm well adjusted to my new stomach now. I don't feel like I'm deprived of anything. I feel like now my body isn't always working against me and gaining weight disproportionately. I feel totally in control of my weight and have been quite effortlessly shedding kilos! Thank you Mr. Awad & Tonic for getting me to feel like myself again!

Dr Andrea Ooi is a super-skilled and professional surgeon. She is supported by such dedicated staff who have allowed me to have a very successful operation. And I felt so supported prior too and have a well-advanced support arrangement moving forward; which will greatly assist in my weight loss journey. The hospital is well-equipped, modern and well-staffed. The hospital anaesthesiologist and assistant surgeon also very lovely, as too were the nursing staff. Excellent service from initial consultation in London to booking surgery in Belgium to post-surgery follow up. Brilliant surgeon, surgery, hospital (gastric sleeve) with zero issues afterwards. I have just had a septorhinoplasty and a breast uplift with Dr Adam Kalecinski and I am so happy with everything. From the booking process, communication ahead of my surgery, to be collected at the airport, the staff at the clinic on reception, the nurse and Dr Adam himself. I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. My surgery went really well and the aftercare was superb. I'm currently 1 week post op and I couldn't be happier with the results.
