Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.

I have a long history with this practice with having a gastric band in 2013 by Dr Florica. Dr Florica is an amazing surgeon, and always happy to help if there are any issues. He has prompt follow up practices if needed. Dr Rebecca Keely is also amazing and I can only say good things about both Doctors at this practice. I do not hesitate to recommend such a professional supportive practice. I have referred many people to this practice with all wonderful outcomes.

Haven't seen Bugra for a while as circumstances changed & haven't been to Northern Cypres for a while had my eyes done by Dr Bugra around 6 years ago. I am thinking about having a mini face-lift next year & he's the only one I trust, he's genuine. If he thinks you don't need a procedure he will tell you, can't praise him enough, perfectionist without extortionate prices.

Janine was very calming and professional. I am always a bit nervous but soon felt comfortable. The procedure went ahead with no discomfort at all. Great price and procedure. I travelled to Sofia where I was collected by a driver for a free transfer to the hospital which took around 1hr 20 mins. I was met by the co-ordinator who arranged for payment to be taken. I was taken to my private room which was clean with a private bathroom. After bloods and heart check the doctors came to see me and took some history and explained the procedure. I was then taken to the theatre. It only took a short while until I was awake and beck in my room. I had an early flight so was back at the airport within 24 hours with another free transfer. Overall great value and service.

I am familiar with their centres in Switzerland. I have done multiple treatments and in particular the Thermage which I do every two years and it keeps the skin tight and firm. They are serious and competent professionals.

Having developed high blood pressure at an early age of 23 and having lots of tests carried out with no real answers, I began to question my weight. The support was there for me before, during and now after my operation. The care at Benenden was outstanding, treated like a king in his own hotel room! 1-1 care, nothing was a problem and would recommend this hospital for anyone thinking of weight loss surgery. Since my operation just over a year ago I have lost nearly 9st. Without a sleeve operation, this would never of happen. My BMI has dropped by 15 and has lost over 60 inches around my whole body. If anyone for some reason is questioning Dr Hamouda or weight loss surgery then don’t! Dr Hamouda not only changed my life but allowed me to start living it again.
