I had a facelift eye lift and neck lift. They were so professional and have kept in touch with me to give me advice on creams to use and how long to wear the facial support to get the best outcome. Would highly recommend it.

I booked through Novemed as I had such a great experience with them in June 2022 when I had my gastric sleeve. This time I was returning for the tummy tuck and 360 liposuction which was under a surgeon who was recommended by Novemed (Dr Can Usulu). The chief nurse Zeynep was absolutely WONDERFUL. She was always available for any questions to be asked no matter the time of day. She was able to answer my questions through her experience and if she didn't know the answers she would speak with the Dr. Travelling We were collected from SAW on Monday and taken directly to the hotel, all transfers to the hospital for pre-operative checks and on surgery, day were covered and travel back from the hospital to the hotel was covered also. My experience with Novemed has been as fantastic as it was the first time around. They are a wonderful group of people who go above and beyond for you and they treat you like friends and care for you - which at times in the hospital this doesn't exist. Zeynep is a very knowledgeable person, and without her, I do not think the experience would have been the same.  Taking her advice on the best things to do i.e. lymphatic massages and the packages they offer (usually cost extra) were always optional and there was no pressure selling. Zeynep has a wonderful friendly nature and made a big impact on our second experience and for her, we will be eternally grateful. Thank you once again Novemed for going above and beyond.

Great Experience! Initially, I was reluctant to make the decision to proceed with the Gastric Sleeve procedure with any clinic as it’s a big decision. My Partner came across Dr. Cem Arslan Clinic. We found a contact number and to my surprise it was actually Dr. Cem's WhatsApp (Business Account). We arranged a video call that evening and I was grateful to meet Dr. Cem and have an open discussion about the procedure, why I wanted to do it and a few health questions (nothing intrusive). I recall asking Dr. Cem, why he provided his time as other clinics did not do this. He responded by saying this is how we operate and he wanted to provide a personal service, where possible. This was great to hear as a few weeks prior, I was in contact with another Clinic, where all my medical questions were relayed back to the Doctor but I did not feel the same connection. Regarding the communication with Dr. Cem, please note that English is not his primary language but the conversation was manageable. I was then contacted by the Medical Co-ordinator on the 19th August. Zeynep was awesome. She had been through the procedure with the clinic herself and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. I had concerns about the procedure and as with any operation (whether in the UK or Abroad) there are risks. There was no pressure to proceed and was advised to research more online. Zeynep also informed me that any hint of risk identified during pre-tests, however small, the procedure would not be possible. Zeynep goes beyond coordinator, very professional, to the point and cares about your well-being. Arrived in Turkey on the 18th September and was met by Sercan at the airport who took me and another patient to our Taxi. Really nice minivan/SUV with comfortable seats and TV to watch music videos. Sercan was professional, polite and even offered to carry the luggage (Not his job but was decent of him to ask). Due to Zeynep being unavailable for the arrival, all the coordination was done by Almira. I was notified in advance, so no issues at all in change of coordinators. Arrived at the hospital and was greeted by Almira. Almira is very professional, courteous and a humble person. Like Zeynep, Almira naturally cares about your wellbeing. I got into the hospital room and then taken for a series of tests. Probably took an hour end to end, not much waiting. Almira was with me throughout the pre-tests. Next day was the surgery and Almira came back in the morning and stayed with me until I went down for Surgery. I had a visit from the Doctor to say I would be the first operation of the day. At no point do I recall Almira or anyone asking me for Payment as soon as I arrived. However, I did make payment before the operation as its a service being offered. The company Op. Dr. CEM Clinic are professional and not after your money. They only want the best for you based on my experience. Surgery took an hour. I will be honest, the moment I woke, I had nurses around me and Almira. I struggled a bit to adjust to coming off the Anaesthetic but Almira was by my side, even when I was throwing up (common side effect with Anaesthetic) and I felt relieved and calm. Throughout the next few days/ nights, Nurses visited me to check on IV drips, and painkillers and encouraged me to walk a lot. Yes, walking is very important. I wish I did more walking. The Doctors visited me each day to check on me, which showed they cared a lot. I was only meant to stay in the Hospital for 3 days. However, the team showed great empathy I was offered to stay in the hospital for 2 more nights, to keep me comfortable. Forgot to mention, a day after Surgery, I went down to get a standing CT scan to check for any leakages with the Sleeve. All was clear, which was a relief. You can see the fluid that was given travelling down your oesophagus to your New Stomach. On the 5th Day, I was discharged and before leaving, I got a visit from Zeynep (who an amazing person to meet), Almira and the Dietician (Gokce). Gokce explained what I could eat/drink in detail, what I should expect from the change in lifestyle and the benefits. I was given medication and vitamins to take back home along with my discharge papers. Gokce is very knowledgeable and still provides me after care with my diet via WhatsApp app. Thank you Gokce for keeping me on track. My overall experience was fantastic. I did my research and kept my NHS GP updated pre and post-operation. When I explained my experience was in Turkey to the NHS GP, my weight loss to date and how good I felt, my GP was very happy for me. Just over 3 weeks from Surgery and I have lost nearly 12kg. I would highly recommend booking surgery I received fantastic communication before I even landed in Istanbul with my amazing coordinator Nina. Even when I arrived home she was there on the other end of the phone answering the questions I had all whilst heavily pregnant she really went above and beyond for me. I had 2 procedures I had a FDL Extended Tummy tuck & breast uplift & implants following a 7 stone 5 weight loss my surgeon was Dr Emin he was incredible he knew exactly the look I wanted and he done an incredible job. I am very impressed with my neat stitching and my results are fantastic. He came and saw me every morning after the operation to check I was okay and if I had any questions he really was amazing. I am hopefully heading back next year for a thigh lift, the hospital and nurses were amazing they took care of me every step off the way with pre-op testing & the aftercare was brilliant. I heeled beautiful, I choose this clinic on recommendations through a lot of my weigh loss surgery friends and I am so glad I found booking surgery you won’t be disappointed.

I lost 15kg after one month! The experience with doctor Metin Karadeniz was perfect. I had professional help and the hospital is very nice. Thanks to Sezen (my translator and contact person) and Deniz (my dietician). It’s a very professional and friendly environment. I got the recommendation to go there through a friend who got amazing results and I know mine will be just as wonderful! Thanks to the team.

I had a vaser liposuction of my abdomen, the first contact was through WhatsApp, sharing some pictures and getting an offer, after arrival in Istanbul at the hospital (different one as Vanity's own clinic) blood tests were taken, there was some miscommunication and it seemed that the blood test was lost, however good news they found it back ;) On the day of the operation, I met Bilge (representative of Vanity) and the doctor, they talked me through the process and shortly after that, I had my anesthesia. Waking up after the surgery I thought I could go to the hotel, however, I had to stay for the night (maybe good to mention so you can bring some amenities, for whatever reason the hospital did not have any). I was given some delicious food and a few sips of water, I was so thirsty but the nurses seemed to be annoyed when I asked for more water and pointed me to a water tap at the end of the corridor where I had to get it myself, friendliness of them could be improved. Then after the night, I went back to the hotel, I recommend bringing a travel partner to help you, cause getting up from bed etc. is pretty difficult the first week. The check-up was at Vanity's clinic and everything looked already great. Now after 3 months, I can say that I am happy with the result, of course, I hope the small scars will disappear in time. Vanity staff was very kind and supportive throughout the whole time ;)

Following TT, MR and Liposuction. I highly recommend CatchLife. My surgeon Kamil, coordinator Melike, driver and nurses were outstanding. Melike has been there with any questions as well as my surgeon. I've been very well cared for. Yes, it is a worry and major surgery but Catchlife does all it can for you to ease and flow through your procedure. It’s good to know that they are still there for me and my care when I return to the UK

Gastric sleeve operation £2300 plus flights Professional service from start to finish! Communication was 100% from the start, never left waiting for a reply, no pressure to make a decision just help to make an informed decision with the assistance of other patients who had been through the process. Airport transfer was seamless (I travelled alone) and hospital was immaculate. Seen by every speciality pre-op for a thorough health check and always with a translator. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Suleyman in July 2023 and when I arrived I was met with the upmost care. He can’t do enough for you, so kind and gentle. Since that time he has checked in with me every couple of months to see how I am doing and has always maintained contact, and been a constant pillar of support to me. I returned this year (June 2025) after losing 9 stone to have a “mummy makeover” all organised by Dr Suleyman and his team and again the care has been incredible. Even though he was not performing the plastic surgery he met with me on arrival, he was there holding my hand when I went down to surgery and he listens to any worries you may have and reassures you, he came in every day to check I was ok and not just me but my companion too ensuring she was ok and even bought her dinner whilst I was having surgery! He has a fantastic co-ordinator Olena who also ensures everything runs as smoothly as possible, and is always on hand to answer any questions. He really is the kindest man whilst maintaining professionalism at all times. I am so glad I found this surgeon he has changed my life and I have made a life long friend. Thank you for everything and I will see you again soon for my arm lift!

I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

Last days I had gone through with my gastric sleeve. Before that, I had suffered from different health issues. The main reason that I was an obese man that promoted pain in my joints, and that's why I was not performing well in all my daily routine. Furthermore, most of the time, I felt insomnia. But now, apart from weight loss, I have observed many changes in my routine. I sleep on time now. That is a very good sign of a healthy life, and I lost around 17 kg. I am living a healthy life now that all that I wanted.

Honestly, I am so happy I went with Nisantasi. Dr. Onur and Marwa were exactly who I needed to put me at ease. They did regular follow checks helped facilitate everything. Great hospital would definitely recommend.

I had my surgery 3 weeks ago. Before I left home I was very apprehensive but those feelings soon went. My coordinator was Oguzhan who was superb and always answered my questions immediately. I was met at the airport and was driven in a nice Mercedes taxi van. We arrived at the hospital which was immaculate and had fabulous staff. I had tests in the evening and morning before having my surgery at 10 am. My doctor was a great guy and will see you 3 times in total. When I awakened after the surgery the pain is intense due to the gas the put inside you for the surgery but this soon goes away. The key is walking to alleviate the pain. I am so glad I chose Dr. Volkan and in 3 weeks I have lost 2.5 stone and I am wearing clothes that haven't fitted me in years.
