From first contact with Leila my coordinator all the way through to arriving back home my treatment and care was exceptional. Leila arranged absolutely everything and was in contact with me the entire time, She was always so friendly and helpful and was happy to answer any questions I had. The clinic and staff were superb, Dr Chem Arsalan and his ream were always very kind, willing and helpful and if I needed help they answered my button straight away. Hotel for 2 days was extremely comfortable. I had everything that I needed from the hospital team and the hotel staff would pop by daily with tea coffee and water. My flight home was delayed but that wasn't a problem; Leila rescheduled for me and I was able to stay at the hotel with no extra charge ... My surgery was a great success and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olympia to anyone considering going to them

I lost 15kg after one month! The experience with doctor Metin Karadeniz was perfect. I had professional help and the hospital is very nice. Thanks to Sezen (my translator and contact person) and Deniz (my dietician). It’s a very professional and friendly environment. I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. I came from UK to visit Clinic Bariatric in Turkey. Almost 6 months ago, I had so many problems related to cardiovascular disease. And I was apprehensive about my health. My mother found clinic bariatric on the internet, and she counseled me about it. After that, I reached their patient consultant, and I found it very helpful. So, I came to know that due to excessive weight, I have cardiovascular disease, and they provide me with different weight-loss surgeries. I booked my surgery, and around four months ago, I did my gastric sleeve and lost 35 kg. That is an unbelievable victory, and my heart complication is very much less now.

Everything was done with military precision. I arrived at the hospital late at night and was immediately welcomed and taken for tests. ECG, bloodwork, chest X-ray — all completed within an hour. The next morning, I met with all the doctors: the surgeon, cardiologist, anaesthetist. They answered all my questions. The surgery went so smoothly, I was shocked at how fast I recovered. No nausea, no vomiting, just slight discomfort for the first few hours. I stopped using painkillers after the first day. It’s been 7 weeks and I’ve dropped nearly 3 stone.

My personal experience was very positive. The doctors were competent, and the reception staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. Now, almost two months later, I’m seeing great results from the treatment, which I’m really happy with.

I had my surgery 3 weeks ago. Before I left home I was very apprehensive but those feelings soon went. My coordinator was Oguzhan who was superb and always answered my questions immediately. I was met at the airport and was driven in a nice Mercedes taxi van. We arrived at the hospital which was immaculate and had fabulous staff. I had tests in the evening and morning before having my surgery at 10 am. My doctor was a great guy and will see you 3 times in total. When I awakened after the surgery the pain is intense due to the gas the put inside you for the surgery but this soon goes away. The key is walking to alleviate the pain. I am so glad I chose Dr. Volkan and in 3 weeks I have lost 2.5 stone and I am wearing clothes that haven't fitted me in years.

I had gastric sleeve surgery on 26 January 2023. I was obese on the BMI scale, however my reason for the surgery was arthritis pain in my knees and fibromyalgia. The whole experience was fantastic from the initial communication through to today. All staff I came into contact with were extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. I am no longer classed as obese nor overweight on the BMI scale and my arthritis and fibromyalgia do not bother me daily anymore. It was, and continues to be, the best decision I have made for myself.

I had EDOF lenses installed at this clinic in May 2025, and I am completely happy with the results and the service provided. Everyone from the Support staff to the Doctor were very professional, answered all my questions and have been providing follow-up care ever since. I highly recommend them for any ocular surgery!

After four wonderful experiences here, treating multiple areas of my upper body, I now suspect I will be returning to see Dr. Hui Forever. I had "bodytite" and truth be told, nothing is perfect, there are still some irregularities on the treated areas, but nothing like irregularities I've suffered at the hands of other doctors using conventional Lipo. Bodytite is, I can attest, a far superior form. I've lost three inches on my bust (yes, we did breast reduction via lipo); and two inches off each of my upper arms. I'm thrilled.
