I had sleeve gastrectomy surgery and my family members had eclipse balloons. It was a wonderful experience for us with the whole medical team led by Professor Ali, Nurse Sude, translator Mohammed, Ali Musthapa and nurses at Ward 3. They've been very meticulous and professional in attending to our medical needs. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs such professional medical attention and hygiene at very affordable prices. 😀

I'm writing this comment from home on day 6 of my surgery. I would like to say that I was very scared when I decided to have the operation, but when I arrived in Istanbul and got into the vehicle that was supposed to take me to the hospital, I felt very safe. When I arrived at the hospital, my translator was waiting for me and helped me settle into my room. Before my operation, all the necessary tests were carried out, x-rays were taken and my heart was examined. It was like an investigation was being conducted. The next morning Dr. visited me. Cem with my translator, answered all my questions and encouraged me to have the operation. He is both a very good doctor and very professional. After the operation, I had some pain but they gave me enough painkillers. After a few hours, I was able to walk and move around the hospital on my own. After the hospital the vehicle took me to my hotel, everything was ready for me and the hotel was very nice. I stayed in the hotel for two nights. A WhatsApp group was set up with a nutritionist, a doctor and a translator and I was immediately given all the necessary information. I'm home now and can say my surgery went great. Thank you very much, Dr. Cem Arslan and his team! You are wonderful people!

I came to Novemed on the 14th of June to have my sleeve done and all of the staff are really nice and very attentive.

So I had a gastric sleeve nearly 6 months ago now as I really can’t praise Apera enough. They have been fantastic from first contact to now and made me feel so relaxed. They look after you whilst you are there and the hospital is like a 5-star hotel. The 2 hotels you stay in before & after are lovely as well. The price can’t be beaten for care and quality. I’ve now lost 4 stone and feel amazing.

I had my surgery ten days ago and this was so easy no pain and I started to walk immediately after the operation 5 days later I started to work again but you do not have to wait, after 5 days you can start to work again. Now I lost weight and this continues. I feel happy since then.

Since having my first child 11 years ago, I've been researching abdominoplasty, and I've finally decided that now is the time to make the leap. With the exception of my sagging apron belly, I was completed having children and was at a stable body weight that I was content with. Şafak Çakır was my choice because abdominoplasty was his area of expertise. This indicated to me that he would be extra cautious. I wasn't mistaken. When I first called his patient coordinator Selin, she put me at ease right away. By the time Şafak and his nurse Büşra met with me, all of my questions had been satisfactorily addressed, and I was eager to start the procedure. Full abdominoplasty and diastasis recti correction were performed on me. I've been 8 weeks post-op, and I'm thrilled with the results. Şafak has magic skills. I still appear to be a teenager. I'm overjoyed with my outcomes. I can't express how much I love Şafak Çakır and his crew! I've already given all of my pals his contact information.

Had my hair transplant today. Extremely professional. No, the doctors didn't speak English, but the co-ordinator was with me throughout in the very relaxed atmosphere. The job done on my head is incredibly neat. I doubt it could have been done any better in the UK, or USA, it's that good! Oh, and about those anesthetic needles. Make sure you grab hold of the chair hard. Oh my! Pain!!!. But the surgery itself was completely pain free!. In fact ya head is so numb, ya can't even feel them touching your head. Very very happy with the results, and catchlife are super there for you 100%. They take pride in their business 🤗 decent hotel too, nice breakfast and very very nice room service 😋

I was received warmly from the airport in a lovely VIP transfer 5*. I was then taken to the hotel which was clean and comfortable. The driver also picked me up in the morning and handed me over to Irem who I must say was so amazing, she made me feel at ease and was there most of the way to explain what was being said. The ward staff were brilliant and the consultant also paid me a visit prior to the procedure which I found reassuring. I only wish Irem was allowed to come into theatre with me until I was asleep. I had the option to stay in the hospital till my flight that evening but decided to go back to the hotel. I also got some advice from the dietician before my departure but unfortunately, she was unwell for the follow-up call, I was however given all the information I needed. Definitely good value for money and would use them again.

I was a very unhealthy, unhappy man weighing 149.23 kg. At 46 years old I had my first heart attack. At 48 years old I was diagnosed with angina. My weight was killing me. In September 2022 the NHS turned me down for Surgery for the 4th time. I knew someone local who had been to Turkey and lost a huge amount of weight so I went to see him and I got the contact details. I sent a message via instagram to Dr Metin Karadeniz and Sezen, his co-ordinator got straight back to me via WhatsApp. She answered all my questions without hesitation, checking details with doctors about my heart issues and medication. We agreed to schedule surgery for the following week. I booked the flights and 5 days later they picked me up from Izmir airport. I was taken to a decent hotel for the first night and then they took me to the hospital the next morning. Sezen met me there and took me to see all the different doctors for every test you can imagine. Heart, lungs, x-ray, ultrasound, mental health: everything was checked. I felt well cared for and the level of professionalism was excellent. I met Dr Metin Karadeniz before the operation and we had a chat. I felt completely at ease. I went down early afternoon and woke up back in my private hospital room. I was walking a few hours later with very minimal pain. The staff came and checked on me regularly and gave me IV fluids. I spent the next three days in hospital, walking and following their post operative regime. When Dr Metin discharged me I went back to the hotel for a few days, enjoying walking around Ismir. I went for a checkup at his clinic with him and the nutritionist before returning home to England. It has now been 10 weeks since surgery and I have lost 30.39kg! I feel so much healthier, I no longer have sleep apnea, my cholesterol has come down from 6.7 to 3.5, my HbA1c is down to 33. My BMI was 46.94 and is now 35.8. I was a 48” waist and I’m now a 40”. This has been the best gift I have ever given myself. It has saved my life. If you are big/unhappy/struggling……. Don’t hesitate. I had VSG with Clinichub on the 12/10/2020 and I couldn’t be happier with my results and the service I received from Clinichub. From the time I was picked up from the airport to surgery day I felt like I was in safe hands and if I had any questions; I always had someone to clarify things for me. I had my mini gastric bypass in April but unfortunately had some complications. The many many pre-op assessments didn't show anything was wrong. The surgeons saved my life due to their knowledge and experience. This hospital is the most amazing place. It is spotlessly clean with well-trained staff. The nurses attended me every time I needed and they couldn't do enough to ensure I was comfortable. The surgeons came to see me every day and check my health and encourage me when I was down. My husband was with me and he was fed 3 meals a day without fail and he had a comfortable bed beside me. I cannot recommend this hospital enough. I can assure you will get the best treatment from all the staff from surgeons to auxiliary staff. I will definitely be choosing this hospital for skin surgery.

Highly recommend. I had a gastric ballon six months ago. I lost 20 kg with the support and great advices from Dietitian Nur. Dr Kaplan is a very good doctor with huge experience and always want the best option for patient. It was a good experience. Also good value for money.
