I had my surgery in July and had a great experience with Dr. Süleyman Akıllı, I went with him after being recommended from 2 of my friends who couldn’t speak highly enough of him and they were right. I was very anxious and emotional when I arrived and he made me feel at ease. I have now lost 5 stone and feel the best I have felt in years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Süleyman Akıllı and his team, I still keep in touch with him now.

Very pleased with service they providing. Arrived to Istanbul late, clinic was open just for me to do blood test and cardio. Surgeon looks professional with lots of experience. Plenty of results examples. During surgery had a full anesthesia what is brilliant, just had a nice sleep. After surgery had my own room with all necessity. 3 times a day meal, all medication included, regular tests and checks included. Absolutely brilliant.

Cygnus Clinic is simply amazing! My husband and I came all the way from Germany 2 weeks ago for a rhinoplasty consultation and explained to their surgeon what we wanted- he took the time to listen carefully and then made individualized suggestions on what was best for us. The entire Cygnus Clinic team was amazing, from their medical consultant- who scheduled the procedures to their nurses and health coordinator- who coordinated our care during are our stay in Istanbul. The procedure went very smoothly and we are writing this 2 weeks post-operation without any complications and can’t wait for the swelling to go down to be able to see the final results, our nose already looks very good. The price was super convenient since it included the surgery, 5-star hotel and transfer, we literally didn’t have to worry about anything! I had my procedure in August 2023. Mel was amazing and supported me through the whole process. I stayed for 5 days and took my partner. The rooms were clean and cleaned 3 times a day. Alyia and Dr Kadri were amazing, along with the hospital staff, too. I felt so welcome. I was told step by step what was going to happen. How it was going to be done. The nurses checked in every hour to make sure I was OK. They helped me when I needed it. Alyia is brilliant, she was there every step of the way before, during and after. I'm still asking questions 8 weeks after my surgery, and she still responds.

Where do I even start... The BEST experience I've ever had in regards to anything medical. From the initial first contact right up until this day.. 2 months post op everything has been absolutely amazing. No pressure at all when conversations were had, where other clinics can be on the pushy side. I contacted BG in January through a recommendation of a friend after searching a few different ones and from the first couple of messages I knew this was the right decision. The amount of information given, step by step, day by day information of what was going to happen was incredible. When I enquired, I was given all the time I needed to make a decision, allowed me time to confirm with my workplace and once confirmed sorted pretty much EVERYTHING! It was such a smooth journey from start to finish and I have honestly never been happier and more grateful to find two amazing ladies to help me kickstart my journey. My surgeon at the hospital, Serhat Buldur was incredible, answered any questions, made me feel at ease and comfortable. The hotel staff were out of this world and the hotel was like a dream. If you're thinking about any surgery with this company, I would honestly 100% recommend.
