I recently visited Dr. Tbarani's Likha Aesthetic Clinic for exosome treatment for hair loss, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. As a 36-year-old male who had previously undergone P.R.P. treatment elsewhere, I found the results of P.R.P. to be slow and needed four treatments to see noticeable changes. However, after just one exosome treatment at Likha, I am already witnessing significant hair growth along my hairline, and I have a second treatment scheduled.

From the very beginning, Dr. Tbarani communicated clearly and thoroughly explained that I would benefit from two initial treatments. The latest appointment with Dr Juliah was the Gouri booster. I have tried treatments such as profhilo, lumi etc but Gouri shows immediate results! From day 1 the effects were so noticeable on the face/neck area, texture and glow were incredible. Amazing product ❤️

I have been a client of Dr Juliah for approximately 2 years.
When I first met with her my concerns were deep wrinkles, folds, and hollowness.
Initial treatment with PDO threads and Gouri helped improve the quality of my skin but still did not completely address my concerns.

Therefore end of last year I got a fiberlift for my face and neck to help tighten my skin and reduce fine wrinkles which worked really well. But I still needed volume so Dr Juliah recommended a PLLA collagen booster to help volumise by promoting my own collagen rather than hyaluronic acids filler injections for more natural and longer-lasting results without the risks of over-correcting.

Fiberlift has helped to tighten and boost collagen and PLLA helped to further boost collagen production with volumising effect.
Results: Bespoke combination treatments have given an overall tighter and better contoured face, with healthier, and smoother-looking skin.

It has been a lengthy and expensive process but I am extremely happy with the results.
At all times I felt confident that I was in good hands as Dr Juliah is professional and competent in her approach.
