These guys did a really lovely job with my operation, the surgeon and technicians were so calm and reassuring as well as helpful and supportive! Felt like they really took their time and wanted to do their job as accurately and precise as possible, which I really appreciated. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was looked after to talk through the whole procedure, a little nervous as expected going into the unknown, but trust me I would never look back. It’s been 11 months now, and I have a full head of hair. And there’s still time For more to come through to make it that thicker team are great. I went to the one in Long Eaton, Nottingham and I would definitely recommend it. Thank you to all.

I'm a year post-surgery and it's been a huge success. From the initial contact with Jake to the consultation with Dr Moussa and then the surgery with Dr Moussa and his technicians, it's been nothing short of a fantastic experience. The clinic was immaculate and I felt very welcome and in good hands throughout.

I filled in a contact form on their website, which Jake promptly messaged me via WhatsApp to send photos of my hair and to book a consultation. I had an in-person meeting with Jake, Matt and Dr Moussa in which my hair was examined to identify the best way forward. This was excellent as Dr Moussa is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and reassuring. I then booked surgery for the end of January 2023.

I paid a total of £4500 for 2500 grafts which was very reasonable considering the prices elsewhere and is a much safer option than flying to Turkey. The surgery itself took around 9 hours in total. The healing process was the toughest part, but after 10 days the scabs came off and everything was smooth sailing from then on.

All was absolutely 1000% worth it, as now I look much more my age and have far more confidence in my appearance than before.

I had a procedure 5 years ago with a different clinic. Paid a lot more money for it and the results were pretty poor. Last year I had a large hair transplant with Surgery Group to fill my crown and to thicken up the front. Things are looking great, I am so glad that I found this company. Matthew was very informative and always replied quickly even late at night.

On the day of my surgery, the team were absolutely brilliant and my surgeon Dr Moussa spent a lot of time with me to make sure we got the hairline just right. I never felt rushed at any point and although it was a long day (over 8 hours) I actually quite enjoyed the experience. Jake called or messaged me every day through the aftercare and I have no doubt that Surgery Group are the best at what they do. 6 stars

I had a hair transplant at the crown of my head with Surgery Group at end of August 2022 .. Six and half months ago. The hair started to regrow from around November onwards and has continued to do so since. I have had my hair lightly cut 3 times, once in January, then in February and last week at the beginning of March.

My barber confirms the hair growth at the crown is as strong as it is elsewhere on my head. The crown back in August was completely bald and shiny, which I hated. Now there is proper hair growth there which grows well and needs a regular light trim. My grown up kids check it out and say Result Dad… when they see and feel it.

I would like it to get a little thicker still at the back so will see what happens over the next 3 months. Am generally well pleased. Thank you Surgery Group.

5 star experience with amazing people. It's been a year! Wow what a great experience. From the initial contact with Jake who was a great coordinator who made sure I was prepared for my surgery day and he also answered all the questions I had leading up to the surgery and afterwards. He even answered question whilst on holiday. So big shout out to him.

The day of the transplant could not have gone better. When I arrived I was sat down, Dr Ahmed and technician Maz they started designing my hairline. This was an in depth conversation and I was happy to proceed with what was decided. The procedure was then started the surgeon and tech team were all so friendly and calming especially Maz. They all made sure I was comfortable during the entire transplant which was approximately 7 hours.

Why I would 100% recommend surgery group is because of their professionalism and customer care. All the barriers I had to achieve my hair transplant were overcome by Jake and rest of the team. They had my wellbeing and me arriving and returning home safely their top priority. I guess the main reason should be the end result for recommending a company and it's been a year since I've had my transplant and the results are amazing.

Follow up review - Complete hair regrowth!

This is a follow up review after having 2 hair transplants with Surgery group. The dates of each treatment were June 2021 for the front of my head and February 2022 for my crown. I cannot post pics on this service so see my google review for pictures before and after posted 24/10/2022.

This company completely gave me my confidence back and genuinely doing my research they have the best prices on the market. The teams who did the surgery on both occasions were informative, professional and caring and filled me as a patient with confidence. Before and after treatments Matt and Jake guided me through everything every step of the way and helped me with questions at all hours and however big or small.

I now take medication and use Minoxidil consistently since the treatment but the results speak for themselves. Constant hair growth and a full head of hair! I have had numerous compliments from my network on the results and people in disbelief of the results from before and after!

As someone who was on the fence about doing this and really isn't a risk taker I cannot recommend enough going through surgery group if you're planning for a hair transplant and however corny I cannot stress enough how much it's changed my life!

It has been a great experience so far and I am at Day 13 after the operation. The doctors have been very helpful and friendly, walking me through the whole procedure during and before the day. Matthew and Jake were great with explaining how everything works. Aftercare has been good too and they always answer my questions right away. As for my hair, it’s been almost two weeks and all my scabs have fallen off now.

The results have changed my life. Couldn't recommend it more. The whole team are great, true professionals and the cost is reasonable (somewhere in between London and Turkey). Anecdotally, I had a friend who also had a hair transplant done in Turkey around the same time I had mine with SG. He said his procedure was very painful and now 1y later it is all falling out. If you are going to get it done, definitely do it here. Couldn't recommend it more!

I would recommend the Surgery Group Nottingham to anyone thinking of a hair transplant. They explained everything well, which puts your mind at ease, total trust in Dr Ahmad who took time to make sure everything was right. All the staff were very friendly and looked after me very well. Jake provided great after care, kept in touch every day.

I had my hair transplant done in January 2021 so it's been about 20 months now and I am over the moon. I was balding at the front of my widows peak I went down to Birmingham sat in the chair at about 10 am and I was all done for 3 o'clock no pain to be honest it was a doddle. Regular calls and WhatsApp with the aftercare team was absolutely brilliant.

My hair now 20 months on looks amazing I've actually had a perm and I get so many comments on how good my hair looks. I wish I would have had it done sooner. The hairline looks natural and where they took the hard from at the back looks exactly the same honestly I'm absolutely buzzing with the results one of my pals paid 10k in Liverpool and his results are no where near as good as mine !! I paid 3k !! Massive difference. 10 out of 10 for surgery group from me unreal !!
